North West race meeting transfers and amendments

Racing Queensland advises that the race meeting scheduled for North Gregory Turf Club (Winton) on Saturday, March 28, has been transferred to the Cloncurry and District Race Club, due to flooding leaving the track unsuitable to race.

As a result, the following program amendments are required:

Ratings Band 0-50 Hcp 800m, is now 1000m

Maiden Plate (Set Weights) 800m, is now 1000m

RQ also wishes to advise of the following venue changes and program amendments for meetings in the North West region in April and May:

Julia Creek Turf Club meeting on Saturday, April 18, Transferred to Mount Isa Race Club

RQ advises that the race meeting scheduled for Julia Creek Turf Club on Saturday, April 18, will now be run at Mount Isa Race Club. As a result, the following program amendments are required:

Benchmark 60 Hcp 1350m, is now 1200m
Artesian Express Class 2 Hcp 1200m, is now Class 2 Hcp 1200m, $10k

Mount Isa Race Club meeting on Saturday, May 9, Transferred to Cloncurry and Districts Race Club

RQ advises that the race meeting scheduled for Mount Isa Race Club on Saturday, May 9, will now be run at Cloncurry and Districts Race Club. As a result, the following program amendments are required:

Benchmark 55 Hcp 900m, is now 1000m
Benchmark 60 Hcp 1100m, is now 1200m
Maiden Plate 1100m, is now 1000m
Benchmark 55 Hcp 1450m, is now 1400m
Open Plate 1200m (Mount Isa BOTB Qualifier), remains the same but is now the Cloncurry BOTB Qualifier.

Cloncurry and Districts Race Club meeting on Saturday, May 30, Transferred to Julia Creek Turf Club

RQ advises that the race meeting scheduled for Cloncurry and Districts Race Club on Saturday, May 30, will now be run at Julia Creek Turf Club. As a result, the following program amendments are required:
