RACE 1

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1) led over the 2040 three starts ago and was able to record a strong win there leading all the way turning the tables on Harperville who was able to get the better of him late his start prior to that. He should lead again and looks suited over the 1780.

ALLMIGHTY MAX (8) has been racing well and looks set to get a good run in the race just off the speed. He was a winner four starts ago in good time for the 2040 when sitting without cover at this track. He should be hard to hold out late.

MYNAMESEVAN (9) led last start and just got tired late when finishing fifth. He is likely to have derived benefit from that latest outing and should run a better race here. He can be driven a number of ways in this company.

DENVER COLORADO (5) was able to win first up last time out over Aqua Sancta at this track and trip in good time. He draws worse this time but is likely to have derived good benefit from his first up outing.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1), ALLMIGHTY MAX (8), MYNAMESEVAN (9), DENVER COLORADO (5)

SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1) to win.

RACE 2

EBONY BELLE (1) should have the speed to drive through and lead in this race. She trialled up fairly recently at this track behind the higher assessed horse in Zac Daniels and should be nearing peak fitness. She is usually a good front runner and should be hard to run down.

MY ULTIMATE RUDI (6) was able to secure the perfect run leaders back and was able to prove a touch too good for My Ultimate Louie who had a good run out in front. He draws worse this time and will likely need the race run to suit.

CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (7) should get a good run through on the back of Ebony Belle who has plenty of gate speed. He was crossed early last time out by Tommy Bligh who led and won impressively. He should be better suited in this race.

GOOD WORD THAT (8) was able to lead and win at Marburg three starts ago. Got back and didn’t make much ground last time out in a race dominated by runners on speed. He looks better suited in this company and can run well.

SELECTIONS: EBONY BELLE (1), MY ULTIMATE RUDI (6), CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (7), GOOD WORD THAT (8)

SUGGESTED BET: CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (7) to win.

RACE 3

SHEREACTS (3) has good gate speed and may be able to launch forward and find the lead in the early stages. She was able to lead three starts ago in a similar type of race and took them all the way at Marburg. She should be hard to beat.

OCTOBER RACKETEER (1) is having his second run for the stable of Nathan Rothwell in this race. He hit the line just fairly first up last time out at Albion Park potentially peaking on his run in the concluding stages. He is likely to have derived benefit from the outing and should run a better race here.

JUSTROLLINGAROUND (4) ran well enough in a recent trial behind Tweedy at this track. She draws a touch awkwardly and may be forced to do work at some stage or could be shuffled back early.

SMIRKS LIKA BOSS (8) has been able to record consecutive wins in recent starts and is in very good form. He was able to lead over the 2040 recently and proved too good there leading all the way and beating Grigora. He should be hard to beat again.

SELECTIONS: SHEREACTS (3), OCTOBER RACKETEER (1), JUSTROLLINGAROUND (4), SMIRKS LIKA BOSS (8)

SUGGESTED BET: SHEREACTS (3) to win.

RACE 4

PLAYFUL MISS (6) draws awkwardly outside the front row in this race but has been in good form and seemingly looks very well graded in this race. She sat leaders back recently at Albion Park and ran a good second to Lets Go Bailey who has been able to bounce back to form recently.

JILLIBY PANDA (4) ran a very good race recently at Albion Park when holding the breeze and battling on for third. He has good gate speed and may look to press forward in the early stages.

BETTING BARON (5) was able to secure a good run on the pegs recently and battled on for a good third there at this track. This race looks a lot easier but he hasn’t quite drawn as well this time and may need to work at some stage.

DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (2) secured a good run on the pegs and was able to hit the line strongly to run fourth. That latest effort was considerably better than his runs prior and he may be trending in the right direction.

SELECTIONS: PLAYFUL MISS (6), JILLIBY PANDA (4), BETTING BARON (5), DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (2)

SUGGESTED BET:

RACE 5

KEAYANG KAUNA (6) was able to score a good first up victory for her new stable last time out at Redcliffe when running over the top late. She draws widest this time but looks to find another race of similar quality and she should be very hard to beat again when attempting to score her second win in the week.

ONLY ONE REASON (8) was a last start winner after securing the perfect leaders back run. He has had a spell since his latest racing and only trialled fairly when well beaten at Bathurst. He has a soft trailing draw and can be running into it late.

JOHEMIAN (4) is having his first run for a new stable in this race and could be an improver. He draws a touch awkwardly in 4 and will likely need to work or have the race run to suit.

NO FAMILY LIKEMINE (2) ran a much better race last start after being shuffled back early he hit the line well to finish second to Blue Chip Dance. He draws well and should be close enough.

SELECTIONS: KEAYANG KAUNA (6), ONLY ONE REASON (8), JOHEMIAN (4), NO FAMILY LIKEMINE (2)

SUGGESTED BET: KEAYANG KAUNA (6) to win.

RACE 6

TIGER SHIRL (6) was luckless last start when caught wide early before being the first horse to pull 3 wide sustaining a long sprint and just being beaten by a horse that had a soft run on the pegs in Designer Jewel.

TWEEDY (4) was able to take out a trial recently at Redcliffe beating John Wayne and Justrollingaround. She is a horse that has shown good ability including a very good effort a few starts ago when second to Ideal Bronski in fast time.

THATS OUR BOY (5) was seemingly a bit out of his depth last time out at Albion Park taking on the very smart Move It Lou when beaten 26 metres. He should be better suited in this company and with the right run into it he can be hard to hold out late.

DUSTY MUSTER (2) was recently switched into the stable of Olivia Frisby where he got back and was running through the line fairly late in a race taken out by Raging On at Young. He should get a good run close to the speed in this race and can be thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: TIGER SHIRL (6), TWEEDY (4), THATS OUR BOY (5), DUSTY MUSTER (2)

SUGGESTED BET: TIGER SHIRL (6) to win.
