Brisbane Racing Club (Doomben) meeting abandoned

Racing Queensland advises that the Brisbane Racing Club meeting, which was originally programmed for today, but was subsequently rescheduled to tomorrow, Thursday, June 11, has been abandoned.
It had been hoped that the inclement weather today in Brisbane would subside and allow the meeting to take place tomorrow, however a track inspection has established that there is no possibility the track will recover in time to be raced on.
RQ will now give consideration to SEQ programmes over the next week.
