Form Analysis: Redcliffe June 29

RACE 1 

TACKAS LAST DANCE (3) secured a good run last start and was finishing off strongly late into a close up second at this track. She looks well suited in this company and draws to settle close enough in the run. 

MY ULTIMATE RUDI (6) draws awkwardly outside the front row in this race and may be shuffled a long way back early. He got back in the run last start at Albion Park and was running on well late in a race taken out by Jimmy Joyce. 

CONNIES SPIRIT (8) secured a good run off the speed last start and when the speed went on she struggled to stay with them. She finds a similar type of race and will need to bounce back to some of her better form to be a hope in this race. 

GOTTA DREAM (9) was able to lead two starts ago at Marburg and proved too good winning his first race for the new stable. He is seemingly getting better with racing and should be running on late in this race.

RACE 2 

OCTOBER RACKETEER (7) is building back towards some of his better form this campaign and was able to run a good third last start behind Specialandiknowit. He draws poorly inside the back row but does strike a winnable race. 

TRACER BULLET (9) was well driven last start to secure a good run on the pegs before weaving away from the inside and running on late into fourth in a race which was dominated by horses up on speed. He should get a good run off the speed in this race and can be running on late. 

CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (6) was a winner four starts ago after getting back in the run and finishing over the top late. He can look to do similar again in this race from a wide draw. 

ILLBEWATCHING (2) has seemingly been below his best when driven aggressively off the gate including last start when sitting without cover and fading late into eighth. He has hit the line well when sat up and saved for one run and if driven that way could be an improver.

RACE 3

WILLIES DOLLAR (2) raced off the pegs last start and hit the line reasonably in a race taken out by Art Jester who has bounced back into some better form in recent outings. He should settle close enough from a good draw and can be running on late. 

KEAYANG OMAR (7) was shuffled back last start before running through the line nicely late at Albion Park. He will be hoping Sports Bounty is able to lead which would give him a great run in the run. He should be hard to beat with luck in running. 

WEHAVTIME (8) was first up from a spell last start when running on well into third in a race taken out by Merry Jewel at Albion Park. He is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from that first up outing and should be running on late in this race. 

SPORTS BOUNTY (1) was restrained at the start last time out and ran through the line fairly late in a race taken out by Merry Jewel. He has generally does his best work when able to race up on speed and finds a good opportunity to do that with a good draw.

RACE 4 

GOOD WORD THAT (1) scored his latest win when leading all the way at Marburg. He raced without luck last start when caught in an awkward position before making a wide run into it late finishing seventh behind Jimmy Joyce. He can turn the tables in this race. 

DIAMOND DEANO (7) should get a good run through behind a horse that is likely to be keen to hold a forward position. He loves to race on the pegs and should be hard to hold out late. 

JIMMY JOYCE (6) was able to show good gate speed last start to find the front and proved too good for Erasmus who had the perfect run on his back. He draws widest this time and may not be able to lead which could make things tougher. 

EBONY BELLE (8) three starts ago she was able to run over the top late at Redcliffe over the 1780. She should get a good run off the speed again in this race and can be running on late.

RACE 5

SAME OLD DEVIL (3) showed good gate speed at Albion Park last start before fading out of it late when running fifth. That effort looks a strong form reference for a race of this nature and he should lead and be very hard to run down in this race. 

LACEYS LASS (4) appears to be dropping slightly in grade in this race. She worked home nicely last start after being shuffled back in the early stages. 

ROCKY OUTLOOK (5) hit the line nicely last start at Redcliffe in a race taken out by Diva Bon Viva. He draws wide in this race and is likely to be shuffled back again. He should be running on late. 

NO FAMILY LIKEMINE (2) can seemingly mix her form. She hit the line nicely late five starts ago after landing a good run on the pegs.

SUGGESTED BET: SAME OLD DEVIL (3) to win.

RACE 6 

ROCKY LEIGH (3) brings solid NSW form into the race. He has shown versatility in the past and has shown he is capable of doing work in his races. He draws well and should be close enough in the run. 

PINKCHAMPAGNE (2) was shuffled back last start after starting from a wide draw and couldn’t get into the race late which was taken out by Whata Good Feeling over Ranger Ron. She is a horse that seemingly does her best racing up on speed and draws well in this race. 

EMMALEEN (1) is noted for having much gate speed and may be crossed in the early stages of the race. She should settle close enough in the run and should find this easier than her latest outing when finishing seventh behind Mahindi. 

SMIRKS LIKA BOSS (5) was well supported last start when starting outside the back row before being forced to sit without cover and fading late into seventh. He may be driven more conservatively early this time and can be running on late.
