RACE 1

MULLUM RUBY (1) has now had three runs back from a spell and appears to be working back towards her better form. She got shuffled back in the run before hitting the line well enough late in a race taken out by Miss Syrah. She should be nearing peak fitness and appears to find a race where she can drive through and lead and should be hard to beat out in front.

SOMETHING FOR LEXY (7) drew poorly last time out and was shuffled a long way back in the race before hitting the line reasonable late in a race taken out by Dolly Rocket. She should get a good run through on the back of the likely leader in this race and should get every chance from there.

REAL TIN TIN (3) was a winner two starts ago after getting shuffled back in the run before running on best to score. He was then shuffled back again last start and just couldn’t get into the race when finishing fifth behind My Ultimate Victor. If the race is run to suit he should be running on late.

IM BOO (8) has poor numerical form but hasn’t had a lot of luck in recent outings and does appear to be quite well graded in this race. He draws the back row but is a horse that can do work in the run in this type of grade.

SELECTIONS: MULLUM RUBY (1), SOMETHING FOR LEXY (7), REAL TIN TIN (3), IM BOO (8)

SUGGESTED BET: MULLUM RUBY (1) to win.

RACE 2

KEAYANG MOSCATO (3) is racing in excellent form and was able to break through for a well deserved win two starts ago when securing the leaders back trail and proving too good for LITTLE HOOFANANNY (8) who she takes on again in this race. She backed that up with another good run after drawing poorly she got back and finished off nicely into second behind Burns Bay.

MISS BAY KING COLE (9) secured a good run close to the speed last time out and ran on fairly in a race dominated by Little Hoofananny who led and won easily. She should get a good run off the speed in this race and can be running on late again.

LITTLE HOOFANANNY (8) was able to lead last time out and scored a dominant win leading all the way beating Monopollie. This race a touch harder but she does appear to draw quite well on the back row and should be running on late this time.

STARZINHEREYES (10) is having her first start for the stable of Julie Douglas in this race having done her previous racing in Victoria. She appears to bring reasonable form into this race and could be an improver for the new stable.

SELECTIONS: KEAYANG MOSCATO (3), MISS BAY KING COLE (9), LITTLE HOOFANANNY (8), STARZINHEREYES (10)

SUGGESTED BET: KEAYANG MOSCATO (3) to win.

RACE 3

EMJAY JAZZ (1) is having her first start for a new stable in this race and could be an improver. She has very little gate speed which could potentially make this draw a touch awkward if she is shuffled back early.

VINNIE NITRO (8) was incredibly unlucky two starts ago when securing a good run before being badly impeded by a tiring runner at a crucial stage of the race. She then worked forward last start sat close to the speed and didn’t run to her absolute best when fading late. She should run well.

THE TIGER ARMY (7) hasn’t won for over six months but seems to be racing well and is closing in on another victory. He got back last start and hit the line well late behind Diego Delgado. He should be running on again.

NAUTIE GALVINATOR (3) has good gate speed and should be able to find a prominent position in the early stages of this race. He was a winner three starts ago after finding the leaders back trail behind The Tiger Army and running over the top late. He could get into the race last time out in a race that became a dash home late.

SELECTIONS: EMJAY JAZZ (1), VINNIE NITRO (8), THE TIGER ARMY (7), NAUTIE GALVINATOR (3)

SUGGESTED BET: COOL DUDE JOEY (9) each way.

RACE 4

DIEGO DELGADO (8) was able to sit without cover last time out and outstay them when driving to the lead and scoring a good win in the concluding stages. He loves racing at this track and trip and should run another good race.

BETTYS GOLD CLASS (7) ran a good third three starts ago after burning off the gate to lead she handed over and ran on well into third late. She looks likely to get a good run through early on the back of a horse with gate speed and she should be hard to hold out late.

HIGHVIEW SADLER (1) was able to lead initially first up from a spell for his new trainer Jonah Hutchinson before copping plenty of pressure and eventually handing up finishing a creditable fifth. He then raced without cover last time out and was well beaten. He may look to drive through and lead in this race and should be hard to beat out in front.

AZOR AHAI (4) was able to find the front last time out at this track and appeared to have the race won before Prospectus emerged having been held up and was able to run him down. He appears quite well graded in this race and should run well again.

SELECTIONS: DIEGO DELGADO (8), BETTYS GOLD CLASS (7), HIGHVIEW SADLER (1), AZOR AHAI (4)

SUGGESTED BET: HIGHVIEW SADLER (1) each way.

RACE 5

TOMMY BLIGH (2) was crossed in the early stages last time out before being shuffled back on the pegs. He didn’t quite finish the race off but was having his first run for over a month so he may have needed the outing. He draws to find the lead and should be hard to run down.

ERASMUS (1) will be attempting to drive through and lead in the early stages of the race but does seem to struggle to hold the lead when drawn low in races despite possessing gate speed. He should still secure the right type of run and can look to run on late.

LAST CALL (5) was able to secure a good run off the speed last time out and was able to run over the top of Little Surfer Girl who had done all the work in the run. She may be shuffled back from a wide draw but if the speed is on she should be running on late.

PLANET DOWNS (8) was very good two starts ago when sitting without cover at Albion Park and battling on to run fifth in a race the winner Ascot Showtime rated good time. He should get a good run off the speed in this race and can be running on late.

SELECTIONS: TOMMY BLIGH (2), ERASMUS (1), LAST CALL (5), PLANET DOWNS (8)

SUGGESTED BET: TOMMY BLIGH (2) to win.

RACE 6

VIENNA OPERA (1) has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead in the early stages of the race. She was badly checked last time out which took her out of play there. The last time she led at this track she was forced to do a bit of early work and was run down by Shes My Mistake late who had raced off the speed in that race. She should be hard to beat.

NOTIONS (6) drew well two starts ago and made an error which took her out of play in that race and leaves her ODM for this race.

TORO LOCO (2) looked to be very well suited racing off the speed in a race they ran at a frantic tempo and ran home 31.9 for the last quarter. He pulled into the clear and made very little impression when finishing sixth. He may have needed the first up outing and could run a better race second up.

DESIGNER JEWEL (9) secured a good run off the speed last time out and was able to run on well late in a race that was run to suit. She is likely to get a good run off the speed again in this race and can be running on late.

SELECTIONS: VIENNA OPERA (1), NOTIONS (6), TORO LOCO (2), DESIGNER JEWEL (9)

SUGGESTED BET: VIENNA OPERA (1) to win.

RACE 7

BEACH MAGIC (9) has been scratched multiple times recently in races which is a concern given he is likely to start close to favourite in this race. He has run two good seconds in his last two outings suggesting he is close to a win. He finds a race where he can just be allowed to settle early and could be put into the race when the speed slackens.

LOVIN MISS DIXIE (8) burned early to find the lead in a truly run race which just saw her tiring in the concluding stages. She should secure a much more economical run off the speed this time and should be running into it late.

JILLIBY PANDA (2) has good gate speed and may be able to find the front in the early stages of the race. He got shuffled back to last in his latest outing and just couldn’t get into it in the concluding stages. He has had a few weeks between runs and can bounce back.

SHEZ A WARRIOR (6) has previously raced at this track but hasn’t won in 3 outings. She ran well last time out to not be beaten far by Thundamental and should find this race easier.

SELECTIONS: BEACH MAGIC (9), LOVIN MISS DIXIE (8), JILLIBY PANDA (2), SHEZ A WARRIOR (6)

SUGGESTED BET: SHEZ A WARRIOR (6) each way.

RACE 8

ZOOMER BOOMER (1) was able to find the front on debut and was well rated to hold off Fan The Flame who made a strong challenge late. She should have the speed to drive through and lead again in this race and having derived plenty of benefit from her debut run she should be hard to beat.

RED AND RICH (9) worked through the line nicely on debut into third behind Sweet Times at this track. She then sat without cover last time out and was able to get the better of Jewel Reason in the concluding stages. She can work to the breeze again and should be right in the finish.

DOUG STEWART (8) comes into this race first up from a spell. He seemed to mix his form last time in running a number of good races in fast times before not quite being able to win lesser races. He should get a good run off the speed and can look to run on late.

DARK AND HANDSOME (3) got back in the run last time out and finished it off nicely in a race taken out by Ranger Ron. He can settle a touch closer this time from a reasonable draw and can be looking to run into it late again.

SELECTIONS: ZOOMER BOOMER (1), RED AND RICH (9), DOUG STEWART (8), DARK AND HANDSOME (3)

SUGGESTED BET: ZOOMER BOOMER (1) to win.

RACE 9

WINDY HILL WHISKY (8) found the front three starts ago at this track and was run down late in the race by Stay Dreamy. She has since taken on stronger company and has run well on both occasions. She should find this easier.

BLACK GEMSTONE (6) ran a very good second two starts ago at this track when running on well behind Victree Busta. She looks likely to be shuffled back again in this race from a wide draw and can look to run on late.

SIYA (7) was well beaten recently when leading at Marburg when fading into third behind Mack Attack. She seems to be best when doing no work early in her races and finds an easier race here with no horse of the quality of Mack Attack.

PLAYING FOR KEEPS (3) finished fourth last time out behind Ourbeachgirlmaywyn at this track who rated good time when winning beating Williams who has since won. She should find this race a lot easier and can be running into it late.

SELECTIONS: WINDY HILL WHISKY (8), BLACK GEMSTONE (6), SIYA (7), PLAYING FOR KEEPS (3)

SUGGESTED BET: WINDY HILL WHISKY (8) to win.

RACE 10

GO MINNIE (8) brings the strongest form into this race and looks likely to go around a short priced favourite. She led two starts ago before finishing second to Rebecca Rhayne Bow and rated good time for her own personal mile rate. She then took on the Breeders Classic Final last time out and was well beaten but did have a tough run. She should be too good.

ORION ART (4) ran fairly last start when showing gate speed early before ducking onto the pegs and battling away late for fourth. She draws a touch awkwardly in this race and may need luck at some stage.

STORMY MIDNIGHT (1) showed promise in his trial prior to debuting and just hasn’t quite been able to put things together in a race. He draws well in this race and may be benefited racing on the pegs.

KIPCHOGE (7) ran a good race two starts ago when finishing second to Our Ultimate Heidi after securing a good run on the pegs. He was checked and broke last time out taking no part. He should secure a good run.

SELECTIONS: GO MINNIE (8), ORION ART (4), STORMY MIDNIGHT (1), KIPCHOGE (7)

SUGGESTED BET: GO MINNIE (8) to win.
