RACE 1

FIRE AND PASSION (2) has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead this race in the early stages. He impressed through the carnival including run a close up second to stablemate Ruby Rules at Albion Park in the Consolation of The Rising Sun. He should be hard to beat again.

BENNYDASOOK (8) should get a good run through in this race and should settle close enough on the pegs. He was very impressive when sitting leaders back recently at this track and sprinting sharply to score a good win.

BITE THE EAR MIKE (9) didn’t have a lot of luck last time out drawing wide before being shuffled back and couldn’t find clear running at a crucial stage. He had impressive last prep when running fast time to beat Beachbabe Crocker at this track and trip.

MY ULTIMATE ZANDER (10) was well suited securing a soft run last time out before working into the clear and zooming down the outside to pick them up and rate good time beating Captain Jazz. He is likely to get back again and can be running on late.

SELECTIONS: FIRE AND PASSION (2), BENNYDASOOK (8), BITE THE EAR MIKE (9), MY ULTIMATE ZANDER (10)

SUGGESTED BET: FIRE AND PASSION (2) to win.

RACE 2

BARSBY (10) sat without cover last time out in a strong race which was taken out by All Over It in fast time at this track and trip. He has had a month between runs and draws to get a soft run early in this race. There looks to be plenty of speed on the front row and he could be suited coming from off the speed.

PURE GRUNT (6) has brilliant gate speed and may look to launch across them early and will have options from there. He got back in the run last time out and worked through the line nicely late into fourth behind Ideal Bronski.

FIGHT FOR VICTORY (3) has seemingly improved each and every run this time in and was particularly good last time out when running a close up third behind James Alfred after sitting without cover in that race. He may be left to do some work again but is closing in on another win.

NITRATOR (5) was shuffled back to last at his latest start after being taken back in the early stages before flashing into it late and finishing fourth. He draws a touch awkwardly again in this race and should be running on late.

SELECTIONS: BARSBY (10), PURE GRUNT (6), FIGHT FOR VICTORY (3), NITRATOR (5)

SUGGESTED BET: BARSBY (10) to win.

RACE 3

ALTA SENSATION (4) was able to find the top last time out and take them all the way rating good time over the mile at this track. He draws the front row again and should have the speed to work forward and find a prominent position. He should run well again.

MACH ASSASSIN (10) looks well graded in this race having taken on stronger company for a lot of his career. He was forced to do plenty of work last time out at Marburg and just couldn’t quite reel in Rockin Sweet late.

GREAT ACHIEVER (6) won nicely when first up for his new stable last time out getting a good run off the speed and finishing over the top. He draws wide this time and could be forced to do some work or shuffled a long way back in the race.

RATATATTAT (7) secured a good run last time out and was running on well into second behind Stripes. He is likely to be shuffled back a long way in this race and will be relying on a genuine tempo to bring him into the race.

SELECTIONS: ALTA SENSATION (4), MACH ASSASSIN (10), GREAT ACHIEVER (6), RATATATTAT (7)

SUGGESTED BET: ALTA SENSATION (4) to win.

RACE 4

BETTOR BE BOHDI (12) has been racing in good form without quite being able to win having been placed in his last four outings. He was running on nicely late last time out into second behind James Alfred at this track and can look to do similar in what appears a much weaker race.

BARRACUDA (10) was able to lead and win when having his first start in QLD beating Mullum Showgirl who has since run well. He draws to get much less favours in the run this time but is likely to have derived good benefit from the outing and should run well again.

INTERPRETATION (7) got a good run off the speed last time out and was running on well late into third behind Alta Sensation over the 1660 at this track. She is likely to be shuffled back again from a wide draw and can be running on late.

ZAC DANIELS (11) led last time out and copped plenty of pressure there with Captain Jazz over racing outside the leader. He battled on well for fourth and should get a good run off the speed this time.

SELECTIONS: BETTOR BE BOHDI (12), BARRACUDA (10), INTERPRETATION (7), ZAC DANIELS (11)

SUGGESTED BET: BETTOR BE BOHDI (12) to win.

RACE 5

AMYLEE (7) sat without cover last start and ran an excellent second there not beaten far behind Vincheska who was leading in this race. She draws wide but is likely to be able to press forward and find a prominent position in this race which should see her hard to beat.

QUEEN TIDE (10) stepped up impressively last prep running two very good races her last two starts. She flashed home in her latest race start to finish third behind Stripes having been held up at the top of the straight. She worked through the line nicely in a recent trial and should be ready to go first up.

RUBY RHAYNE BOW (2) has good gate speed and may be able to work to the lead in the early stages of this race. She sat leaders back last time out behind smart stablemate Stripes and was able to hang on for second there holding off the late challenge of QUEEN TIDE (10).

SWEET NELLIE JOY (6) ran her best race so far this prep last time out when battling on well to finish fourth in a race taken out by James Alfred. The draw does her no favours this time and she will need a few things to go her way.

SELECTIONS: AMYLEE (7), QUEEN TIDE (10), RUBY RHAYNE BOW (2), SWEET NELLIE JOY (6)

SUGGESTED BET: QUEEN TIDE (10) to win.

RACE 6

IDEAL BRONSKI (2) was able to hold the lead last time out before running along and just holding off the late challenge of Ruggards Gee Tee over the 1660 at this track. He steps up to the 2138 in this race but does appear to find a race where he may be able to work to the lead and should be hard to beat if he can.

JAMES ALFRED (5) was able to secure a good run last time out and sprinted up nicely to score a good win. He draws a touch awkwardly this time but looks to find a suitable race and should be running on strongly again.

SASSABA (1) led a much easier race last time out before dashing up nicely and putting up a big margin on his rivals there. He steps right back up in grade into this race but does have a very good draw to offset that class rise.

IAM HUGO (11) returned recently in a trial which was taken out by the well performed Franke Ferocious where he was finishing it off fairly late into fourth. He draws outside the back row which makes things tricky.

SELECTIONS: IDEAL BRONSKI (2), JAMES ALFRED (5), SASSABA (1), IAM HUGO (11)

SUGGESTED BET: SASSABA (1) each way.

RACE 7

BUSTER DAN (5) sat without cover last time out from the mobile and battled on strong for third behind DINGANE (10) who he meets again under much more favourable conditions from the stand start. He should be able to find a prominent position up on speed and looks hard to beat in this race.

DINGANE (10) was able to find the front last time out at this track after working forward from a wide draw. He was able to kick well when challenged to hold off Lochinvar Son. He looks less suited coming off a 20 metre handicap this time but should run well again.

LOCHINVAR SON (4) was able to work forward and find the leaders back trail before making a late challenge and just coming up a touch short. He appears nicely handicapped and should run well again.

MY NAMES BRUCE (2) ran a good race two starts ago under similar conditions to this race from the stand start when securing a good run before finishing second to DINGANE (10). He is well handicapped again and can figure with the right run.

SELECTIONS: BUSTER DAN (5), DINGANE (10), LOCHINVAR SON (4), MY NAMES BRUCE (2)

SUGGESTED BET: BUSTER DAN (5) to win.

RACE 8

BEACHBABE CROCKER (10) led last time out and scored a nice win rating fast time over the 1660 at this track. She draws the back row this time but looks the class runner of the field and can be put into the race at the right time.

OURBEACHGIRLMAYWYN (6) has good gate speed and can look to press forward in the early stages of this race and find a prominent position. She scored a dominant win in a recent Marburg trial which should see her ready to run a good race.

MAGIC JUJON (7) draws poorly outside the front row in this race which may see her forced to do work in the run or shuffled a long way back. She showed plenty of promise early in her career but does seem to be going a touch below her best. She can look to bounce back.

MISS BLUETRUMP (3) was badly held up in the concluding stages when running up behind them in a race taken out by James Alfred. She isn’t a horse that possesses much gate speed which could see a few things needing to go her way.

SELECTIONS: BEACHBABE CROCKER (10), OURBEACHGIRLMAYWYN (6), MAGIC JUJON (7), MISS BLUETRUMP (3)

SUGGESTED BET: BEACHBABE CROCKER (10) to win.

RACE 9

STRIPES (2) has excellent gate speed and should be able to work forward and lead in the early stages of this race. She had a touch of luck last time out when sneaking through under the leader which shifted up the track but was able to run out a dominant winner in the end. She clearly looks the one to beat.

CALL KELLY (8) trialled up fairly recently at this track finishing sixth behind Starzzz Destiny. She draws well in this race to do no work early and if the gaps appear at the right time she should be running on well.

ETERNAL BLISS (10) secured the ideal leaders back run last time out and was able to run a good third behind My Ultimate Zander at Redcliffe. She draws awkwardly on the back row but is capable of running on well if the race is run to suit.

ALL EYES ON BLING (3) was able to secure the right type of run last time out when sitting leaders back before sprinting nicely late to score. She is a capable sit sprinter and should run well again in this race.

SELECTIONS: STRIPES (2), CALL KELLY (8), ETERNAL BLISS (10), ALL EYES ON BLING (3)

SUGGESTED BET: STRIPES (2) to win.

Slide10_50.png

RACE 10

HILLDALE HILTON (9) brings good NSW form into this race having taken out his last two starts which included the 2YO Trotters Foundation Final. He starts off a 30 metre handicap in this race but is still likely to be very hard to beat in this.

MANE ATTRACTION (2) has been closing in strongly on a maiden win and ran another good race last time out when finishing second to Im Frankee. She has shown good manners in recent outings which should see her well placed again in this race.

DIZZYS HOPE (6) trialled up nicely prior to debuting when finishing alongside Im Frankee who won impressively first up. She didn’t bring her best manners in her first race start when making a break which took her out of play there.

POZZI TONOZZI (8) was able to run on nicely two starts ago when beating Frazzled. She then made a mistake last start and was a well beaten fifth. Can bounce back.

SELECTIONS: HILLDALE HILTON (9), MANE ATTRACTION (2), DIZZYS HOPE (6), POZZI TONOZZI (8)

SUGGESTED BET: HILLDALE HILTON (9) to win.

Slide11_6.png

RACE 11

NONIS GOLD CLASS (4) should get a good run in this race off the front handicap. She was able to secure a good run leaders back last time out and was making up some ground late into a close up second behind Kicking Horse.

DESIRING DIAMONDS (6) led last time out at Menangle and was well beaten there. She is better than that effort and can look to bounce back to her best in this race where she looks well placed.

BLACK VIPER (7) galloped last time out which took him out of play there. He made a break in his start prior but was able to run a good fourth there when running on strongly late. With better manners he looks a chance.

SMOKEY BEAR (1) ran well last time out when first up from a spell to finish fourth behind Kicking Horse. He is likely to have derived good benefit from that outing and should run well in this field.

SELECTIONS: NONIS GOLD CLASS (4), DESIRING DIAMONDS (6), BLACK VIPER (7), SMOKEY BEAR (1)

SUGGESTED BET: NONIS GOLD CLASS (4) to win.
