Form Analysis: Redcliffe August 12

RACE 1 

SHEZ A PUNTER (1) was able to find the front last time out before setting a strong tempo and rating a fast mile rate for the grade. She draws well again in this race and finds a similar type of field. She should lead for a long way. 

THE TORQUE EFFECT (7) should get the ideal run through in this race behind the likely leader. She secured a good run last time out three back the pegs and was able to sprint nicely into second behind Swift Code. 

ULTIMATE ARK (8) should get a good run off the speed in this race. He was suited by a genuine tempo last time out but was badly held up at a crucial stage and was dragged out of it before running on nicely into third. 

LOCHINVAR JEWELLS (10) led last time out and set a strong tempo there before tiring late and finishing third. She should get a good run off the speed and can be running on late.

RACE 2 

WINDY HILL WALLY (1) usually goes best when able to lead in his races and appears to find a race where he could drive through and hold the lead early. He was unlucky four starts ago when taken out in front before being run down late by Blackjack Crippa. 

MAHINDI (4) secured a good run last time out in a much stronger race taken out by Ruby Rules and was able to battle on well for fifth. She is a horse that can tend to get a touch keen in her races which could prove tricky from an awkward draw. 

CAPTAINS PICK (8) worked hard last time out when sitting without cover and battling on reasonably late into sixth. He is likely to have derived good benefit from his latest outing and comes into this race third up from a spell. 

KUZMA (9) should be suited in this race by what appears to be a genuine tempo early. He ran well last time out when getting a good run off the speed and running on nicely into third behind Nautie Galvinator.

RACE 3

ABSOLUTELY STOKED (1) was shuffled back from a back row draw last time out and was making up good ground before running into dead ends at a crucial stage. She appears to find a suitable race and should be hard to hold out late. 

PRINCE JOY (2) has a good draw in this race and should be able to press forward early and find a prominent position in this race. He led two starts ago and battled on nicely there for third. He should run well again. 

KERBANG (8) was shuffled back from a wide draw last time out when making up some late ground in a race they ran home a quick last half for the grade. He should settle closer this time in what looks an easier race. 

GRIGORA (6) is likely to be shuffled a long way back from a wide draw in this race and will need the race run to suit. He should be running on late again.

RACE 4 

SWEET LAD JUJON (1) should have the gate speed to drive through and lead early in this race. His latest win came when leading all the way beating My Ultimate Mario in late June. He should be hard to run down. 

BIZZIE LIZZIE (7) should get a good run through early in this race on the back of a horse which will be keen to lead. She was luckless last time out when shuffled back before eventually working into the clear and hitting the line nicely late. 

QUIK CHANGE (2) should get a good run close to the speed in this race from an ideal draw. He has been racing in good form and appears to be closing in on another win after a string of recent placings in this type of grade. 

STILLYOURSHOT (5) was a very good winner two starts ago beating Rock Nien after working hard for the lead. He stepped up last time out when copping plenty of pressure and just tiring over the concluding stages to finish a close up fourth.

RACE 5

ROCKY LEIGH (2) got back in the run last time out before running on nicely late into second behind SHEZ A WARRIOR (7) which he takes on again in this race but gets the barrier draw advantage this time. He doesn’t possess brilliant gate speed but does find a race he should be able to hold a forward position in. 

SHEZ A WARRIOR (7) should get a good run through early and settle close enough to the speed in this race. She was able to score a good win last time out when taking them all the way at this track. 

FAVREAU (3) scored a dominant win two starts ago over this track and trip before getting a good run over the 2040 and just fading into fourth late. He looks suited again. 

WAR CLUB (8) has seemingly been below his best for some time but was able to put in a better run last time out when getting back and hitting the line well late. He should settle a touch closer this time and can be running on late.

RACE 6 

LITTLE WHIPPET (5) ran well last time out after sitting close to the speed in a race taken out by La Bomba. He draws to the advantage over a number of his main rivals in this race and should run well again. 

ROYAL WINKLE (9) should get a good run off the speed in this race and could be suited by a genuine early tempo. He led last time out and was run down late by La Bomba who was able to use the sprint lane to score. This looks no tougher and he should run well. 

DOO DONT THINK (4) didn’t have much luck two starts ago when caught wide before being shuffled back and was still able to finish it off into ninth not beaten too far. He may look to press forward and find a prominent position. 

MALIBU DREAM (7) was having her first run for nearly a month last time out when getting back in a race which became a dash home late. She is likely to have derived benefit from the outing and with luck in running oculd figure in this race.

RACE 7

COMMODORE JUJON (7) should get a good run through in the early stages of this race behind a horse that is likely to be keen to hold a prominent position. He has been racing in very good form and was an impressive winner rating fast time four starts ago at this track and has since raced without luck. 

JOHN WAYNE (1) has been racing in good form and seems to love being up on speed which he should get the opportunity to do from the ideal draw in this race. He did work in the run two starts ago and was still able to run into third late behind Stripes. 

MISTER SEASIDE (2) was a strong winner last time out when getting back in the run before sweeping home down the outside to score a good win rating fast time for the 2040 at this track. He should get a good run again and will be running on late. 

FIRE RASIER (6) has raced without luck in recent outings. He drew poorly last time out and was shuffled back in a race taken out by Rakasandy. He may get back again and should be running on well late.

RACE 8

DIGBY DEVIL (5) was shuffled back last time out on the pegs before finishing it off well late into third behind Francs For Coming. He draws poorly in this race and will need luck in the run but is capable. 

LA BOMBA (4) secured a good run behind the leader last time out and sprinted sharply to score there beating Royal Winkle. That effort indicated she may be nearing some of her better form and could be worth following in this type of grade. 

TERRAGONG SWINGER (8) seemed to appreciate the quiet trip behind the leader she was given two starts ago finishing third to Swift Code before being left without cover last time out and fading late. She should get a good run off the speed and can be running on late. 

CHEEKY BABY (7) should get a good run through in the early stages of this race. She was an impressive winner five starts ago when securing a similar run before sprinting nicely to score a good win.

RACE 9

SWEDESBORO (1) was crossed early last time out before sitting on the back of Walk With Elegance who was able to take them all the way. She seemed a touch lost racing with cover and had looked a lot sharper her start prior when leading. 

MAYWYN VALENTINO (7) isn’t a horse that seems to possess much gate speed and may be shuffled back early in this race. He secured a good run close to the speed last time out in a stronger race and finished fifth. 

DIVITO (8) took on a much stronger race which was taken out by Oh Its On where he was well beaten but was entitled to be given the time the winner ran. He finds a much easier race and can go well. 

AESTHETE (5) got back in the run last time out when first up from a spell and was running on late. He is likely to have benefited from the outing and can go well second up.

RACE 10

MOREFUNTOCOME (2) worked up outside the leader last time out and was able to dominate running away to score a huge win. If she can show enough gate speed to drive through and lead this race she is likely to be hard to run down. 

WICKED DE LIL (8) did plenty of work last time out at Marburg and was well beaten there behind Dark And Handsome. She should get a more economical run this time and can look to bounce back. 

PERFECT LOU (7) put in a poor run last time out after burning off the gate early and finding the leaders back he faded out of it badly late. He had been racing well prior to last start and if you can forgive his latest outing he does look to be nearing a win. 

ORION ART (1) was able to break through and win well four starts ago having built towards a win having consistently run well. She should get a good run close to the speed and can be running on late.
