Form Analysis: Redcliffe November 4

RACE 1 

CHARLIE CHUCKLES (1) led two starts ago at Marburg and was run down late by Taylors Four who had the perfect run on his back. He draws favourably in this race and can look to drive through early and hold the lead at a track and trip he seems to be suited at. 

ASHLEE NITRO (7) bounced back two starts ago to score another Redcliffe victory before having much less luck last time out in a race taken out by The Tiger Army. She should get a good run through early and won’t be far away.

ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (4) secured a good run behind the speed last time out and was running on fairly late into fourth. She appears to find a suitable race but does draw a touch awkwardly. 

KUZMA (6) secured a good run behind the speed two starts ago and was running on well late into second behind Sweet Lad Jujon. He should get a good run off the speed in this race and can be running on late again.

RACE 2 

CALL KELLY (9) has really bounced back into some form in recent outings and was able to score an impressive win her latest outing when sweeping over the top late to score beating Wait What. She looks set to get a good run off the speed again in this race and should be running on late again. 

THE TORQUE EFFECT (4) looks likely to be shuffled back a touch early in this race from a slightly awkward draw. She put in another excellent run last time out when being caught wide on the way home in a race the leader ran a quick last half for the grade and was still able to run a good third behind Im Busted. 

REAL MIKI (2) has a reasonable front row draw and may look to press forward and find a prominent position. He was running on nicely into third last time out behind Holme Boy and Littlemickey.

DIGBY DEVIL (7) draws awkwardly inside the back row in this race. He secured a good run three starts ago and finished best there to score beating Need Not To Worry.

RACE 3

SWEET NELLIE JOY (1) led in a much stronger race last time out and was beaten a long way there behind Race For Riches. She steps back to the 1780 at Redcliffe where she has run well previously and should be hard to run down. 

OUR ULTIMATE JESSY (5) was a metro winner last time out when leading all the way at Albion Park. She draws less favourably this time but should find this no tougher and should be hard to beat again in this race. 

REAL TIN TIN (7) got back in the run last time out and was running on late not beaten far behind Merry Jewel. He looks likely to get a good run through early in this race and should be running on late. 

ROCK NIEN (6) draws awkwardly outside the front row in this race but does look one of the class runners in this field. He led all the way three starts ago and has since raced with less luck.

RACE 4 

ERASMUS (1) has reasonable gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead in the early stages of this race from a good draw. He couldn’t quite get across to the pegs last time out before being left without cover in a race taken out by The Real Rocketman. This looks easier and he can lead this time. 

SNIP OF BEAUTY (3) didn’t look to have a lot of luck last time out when badly held up at a crucial stage in a race taken out by Miss Hattie. She should settle close and with more luck can play a part in the finish. 

DOOO DONT THINK (4) was shuffled a long way back last time out at this track before hitting the line nicely late in a race taken out by October Racketeer. He should settle close enough from a front row draw and can be running on late. 

HIGHVIEW SADLER (8) worked forward early last time out before being shuffled back and was still able to run on late into fourth. He should settle close in this race from a soft trailing draw and can look to be running on late again.

SUGGESTED BET: HIGHVIEW SADLER (8) each way. 

RACE 5

HOLME BOY (1) has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead in the early stages of this race. He ran well two starts ago when being run down late by Ashlee Nitro before proving too good last time out when running over the top to beat Littlemickey.

MY SCIMITAR (7) made a break at Albion Park early on Monday and will find himself ODM as a result in this race. He should still get a good run close to the speed and can be running on late again. 

DIEGO DELGADO (4) was forced to race without cover last time out and battled on for a good third there behind October Racketeer and Last Call. He should settle close enough and can run well again. 

SHEEZ GOT TORQUE (2) was able to lead and win two starts ago after controlling things out in front. It doesn’t appear she will be able to lead again but she should still settle close enough to figure in the finish.

SUGGESTED BET: HOLME BOY (1) to win.

RACE 6 

GOLDCLASS (9) sat behind the leader on debut and battled on well there behind Fan The Flame. She should get a good run off the speed in this race and should be running on well late. 

TASK AT HAND (3) wasn’t suited last time out when coming off the pegs early in a race which was dominated by runners on the pegs close to the speed. She looks likely to be able to press forward early in this race and if she could lead she can give them something to catch.

ILLBERIDINGSHOTGUN (5) got back from a wide draw last time out and was running on late into fourth. He may be shuffled back again in this race and can be running on late. 

STRAWBERRIESNCREAM (2) doesn’t appear to have much gate speed which could see her shuffled back a touch. She secured a good run last time out and battled on fairly fifth. 

SELECTIONS: GOLDCLASS (9), TASK AT HAND (3), ILLBERIDINGSHOTGUN (5), STRAWBERRIESNCREAM (2)

SUGGESTED BET: GOLDCLASS (9) to win. 

RACE 7

THE TIGER ARMY (1) has moderate gate speed and may be able to drive through and lead early in this race. He was able to score a big win last time out over the 2040 rating fast time there. He should be hard to beat. 

STORMTIDE (3) was able to secure a good run two starts ago and sprinted best at this track to score a nice win. He should secure a nice run off the speed again in this race and can be running on late. 

WELEASE WODDEWICK (6) had an issue last start and was stood down to trial there and has since trialled fairly running third. He draws poorly and will need a few things to go his way. 

PRETTY LITTLE LIAR (4) ran a good race last time out when finishing third behind Major Crunch and Gem Punter Pete. She has good gate speed and may look for a prominent position early in this race.

RACE 8

AIR FORCE ONE (1) appeared to run the gate reasonably initially last time out before restraining to the rear of the field and was running on well into fourth behind Louark and FREE REIGN (3). He should run well from an ideal draw. 

FREE REIGN (3) was forced to race without cover last time out and ran well there finishing second to Louark. He looks likely to be left doing the work again in this race and should run well again. 

WAIT WHAT (4) secured a good run behind the speed last time out and was running on late into second behind Call Kelly. He comes into this race third up and should run well again. 

ZEUSTORM (7) appears likely to get a favourable run through early in this race behind a horse which is likely to be keen to hold a forward position. He should appreciate what appears to be a drop in grade and can run well.
