Celebrate Derby Day at Barcaldine Race Club on Saturday, 31 October 2026, for a day of country racing, fashions and entertainment.

The five race program features a Country Stampede Qualifier, with local sprinters competing for a place in the series Final at Doomben on Saturday, 5 December.

Embrace the traditional black-and-white Derby Day theme and enjoy Fashions on the Field, a members draw and live music continuing late into the night.

With bookmakers on course, a bar and canteen, there's plenty happening throughout the day. Gather your friends, dress in your Derby Day best and enjoy a great day out at the races.
