Join us at Gunsynd Park on Saturday 5 September for the 2026 Vern Kleinschmidt Community Trust Goondiwindi Cup Race Day, an exciting celebration of country racing, community spirit and classic Gundy hospitality.

The feature Goondiwindi Cup headlines a great day of racing, with trackside action, bar and canteen facilities and on-course bookmakers available throughout the meeting. General admission is just $10, while children under 16 receive free entry, making it an affordable day out for the whole family.

Reserved trackside group seating is also available, with food and drink packages offering the perfect way to celebrate with friends, colleagues or clients.

The race day forms part of Goondiwindi’s Gourmet in Gundy weekend from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy three memorable days of racing, food and entertainment.
