Get ready for the Drovers Dog Hotel Beach Races at Julia Creek on Saturday 14 November 2026, featuring the Julia Creek Cup!

Billed as the biggest party in the North West, this year’s event brings a Y2K twist to an action-packed day of country racing, entertainment and good times, followed by a huge night of celebrations.

Enjoy the Beach Bum Rally, live entertainment by DJ Atmosphere and delicious food from Mel’s Catering. The licensed bar will be open from noon, with $6 drinks, punch and spirits available.

There’s plenty of fun for the kids too, with a jumping castle, inflatable pools and Nerf/water guns. All children participating in activities must be supervised by an adult.

Gates open at 11:30am, so gather your friends and family, embrace the beach theme and head along for a fantastic day and night at Julia Creek!
