The venue
- Gates open at 11.00am.
- This is an 18+ event.
- Official afterparty to follow the last race.
- Ladies Day is a premium race day event. We encourage racewear and smart attire.
- No BYO food or beverages are permitted.
- A wide range of bars and food outlets will be operating throughout the venue.
- Bars and outlets accept EFTPOS. ATMs may be limited. No cash accepted.
- There is a designated rideshare drop-off zone, as well as a shuttle bus to The Ville at the end of the event.
- Bookmakers and TAB facilities will be operating on course.
- Fashions on the Field competitions will take place on the day, with fantastic prizes to be won.
- Entertainment and DJs will be performing throughout the day and into the post-race celebrations.
