Race 1: MCMAHONS BETTA HOME LIVING QTIS MAIDEN PLATE– 1000 METRES

HOPE AS ALWAYS – Slow into stride.
 
YACCAMUNDA – Began awkwardly and shifted out abruptly and lost ground.  
 
JAY KAY CEE – Began awkwardly and shifted out bumping SMALL REWARD. Hampered leaving the 900 metres and was steadied.

SMALL REWARD – Bumped on jumping becoming momentarily unbalanced.  
 
AHRI'S AMORE – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
FAST ENUFF – Awkwardly placed on heels leaving the 900 metres and shifted out hampering JAY KAY CEE.
 
Race 2: ATHERTON FAMILY DENTAL MAIDEN PLATE – 1400 METRES
 
SMOKIN' TOMMY – Raced wide in the early stages.

SERENE MELODY – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
Following heavy downpour of rain after the running of this race, and track inspection by senior riders and stewards the track was deemed unsuitable for racing and the remainder of the meeting was abandoned.
