Race 1: Browns Milk Supply/BP Merinda Class B Handicap 1470 metres:
1st – SILVER BOWS 2nd – NO IFS OR BUTS 3rd – SMALL CHANGE 4th – MISHANI ALEGRA

MISHANI ALLEGRA – Was slowly into stride. Was inclined to over-race in the middle stages.

THE HAWK ETERNAL – Lost ground shortly after the start when crowded between runners. Had to be steadied off heels when the pace slowed near the 800 metres.

NO IFS OR BUTS – Shifted out near the 1000 metres taking another runner wider on the track.

STARLIGHT BELLE – Taken wider on the track by another runner which shifted out near the 1000 metres. Raced wide for the remainder of the event.

SILVER BOWS – Was caught wide without cover in the middle stages.

MARTHA’S MOMENT – Had to be steadied off heels near the 700 metres.

ADAPTED – Jockey M Morris dropped his whip near the 200 metres.

Race 2: Arabon Seafoods/Landmark Open Handicap 1100 metres:
1st – MIN MIN MAN 2nd – FIVE O’CLOCK 3rd – SNITZEM 4th – SCOT FREE

FIVE O’CLOCK – Was slowly away after beginning awkwardly. Was inclined to over-race in the middle stages.

MIN MIN MAN – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 3: Schweppes Softdrink/Visy Board QTIS Maiden Plate 1000 metres:
1st – COBUNGRA BOY 2nd – MOUNTAIN LANE 3rd – BOMBER MISS 4th – MOLONGLE HERO

MARINE ON PARADE – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

AMEX IMAGE – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Was caught wide in the early and middle stages.

MOLONGLE HERO – Was caught wide without cover in the early and middle stages. Was inclined to hang in for a short distance near the 600 metres.

RULISTIC – Jockey M Morris reported that the gelding had raced greenly throughout.

Race 4: Coates Hire/Lindsay Bros Benchmark 60 Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – ANZUS 2nd – OVER THE CHOICE 3rd – KILLER WASP 4th – KISS ME QUICK

SHE BEE STINGIN’ – Was slowly away.

PUBLIC AFFAIR – Was slowly away.

TYCOON ANNIE – Saddle shifted near the 800 metres placing App. T Quinn at a severe disadvantage. Had to be eased out of the event shortly after.

KILLER WASP – Had to be steadied near the 700 metres to avoid the heels of another runner which had suffered interference at that point.

REASONABEEL – Was inclined to shift in under pressure near the 100 metres inconveniencing another runner. App. M Haley was instructed to exercise greater urgency in straightening his mount under similar circumstances.

KINGSTON COUNTY – Was inconvenienced near the 100 metres by another runner which was inclined to shift in.

Jockey F Edwards, the rider of ANZUS, was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under the provisions of AR137(a) in that near the 700 metres he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of SMUTTY JOHNS (D Andrews) which had to be checked severely and was taken in onto the running of LEGLESIA (M Abe) placing that gelding in restricted racing room, causing it to strike the running rail, and to be checked as a result. Jockey Edwards was suspended from riding in races from midnight on Saturday 10th October 2015 up to and including midnight on Friday 23rd October 2015.

Race 5: XXXX Gold Bowen Cup Benchmark 70 Handicap 1810 metres:
1st – ROFRANOZ 2nd – MAY NELLY(NZ) 3rd – SHIKRA 4th – WHAT’S YOUR SECRET

PACHAMAMA – Was slowly away. Was caught wide passing the 1200 metres. Jockey C Lennon was reminded of his responsibilities in relation to whip use under the provisions of AR137A.

ELOVACHILL – Was caught wide without cover in the early and middle stages.

SAN RAYMOND – Was caught wide passing the 1200 metres.
