GENERAL 
The following runners were scratched by order of Stewards as there were no available, or suitable riders available:
R1- LILY’S DASH, R2 – SIR OCCY, SAY WHEN SUTTY, R3 – LEGISLATE, TIME TO TESTIFY, R4 – AREYA TUCHUZY, LIGHT UP THE DAWN, R5 – JAMAICAN, DUBIOUS LOVE, HERE’S TO POWER, MARVIA MISS, R6 – FLANK SPEED.
  
Race 1: KOKODA QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1100 Metres
TELEKI – Raced wide without cover for the majority.
ATLANTIC LACE – Fractious prior to barriers opening, began very awkwardly and was slow into stride. Trainer B Newport was advised a warning would be placed on the mare for its barrier manners.
RASCAL BOI – Laid out under pressure in the home straight.
Race 2: GALLIPOLI CLASS B HANDICAP 1050 Metres
BONTOBEWILD – Trainer W Baker was advised a warning would be placed on the mare for being difficult to load.
ROGUE ARTIST - Slow to begin and then unable to muster speed in the early stages despite the efforts of its rider. Rider C Rodgers reported the gelding raced flat throughout however being its first run back from a spell would benefit in fitness from the run. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Trainer C Rogers was advised a warning would be placed on the gelding for its poor performance.
BOSS BANDIT – Steadied off heels shortly after the start when laying in. Raced wide without cover for the majority.
 
 Race 3: JIM PUGSLEY MEMORIAL RATINGS BAND 0 - 60 HANDICAP 1400 Metres
OAKFIELD TARGET – Blundered on jumping. Over-raced in the early stages. Lost near fore plate in running. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor laceration to the left-fore hoof and bulb.
VOLDERMORT – Upon entering the home straight was momentarily steadied and shifted in to obtain clear running when LASCO laid out rounding the home turn.
LASCO – Laid out rounding the home turn. Jockey P Randall pleaded guilty to a charge under the provisions of AR132(7)(a)(ii) for applying the whip to his mount on 10 occasions prior to the 100m. P Randall’s license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 8 days to commence 24th August up to and including 31st August 2025.
BUGDEN – Slow into stride.
Race 4: HAPPY 50TH TOMSY RATINGS 0 – 60 HANDICAP 1100 Metres
SAVVY SONG – Bumped on jumping.
SUISSE SCANDAL – Blundered on jumping, momentarily unbalancing its rider.
TOUGH JUDGE – Bumped on jumping.
DREYFUS –Began awkwardly. Laid out under pressure over the final 150m.
Race 5: VIETNAM VETERANS CLASS 3 PLATE 1200 METRES
UPTURN – Raced wide without cover for the majority.
SILVANNA’S SONG – Slow to begin. Commenced to lose ground from the 400m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Trainer C Rogers was advised a warning would be placed on the mare for its poor performance.
 Race 6: DIGGERS OPEN HANDICAP 1200 METRES
WARRAH FLASH – Raced wide without cover for the majority.
GREEK STAR – Laid out under pressure in the home straight.
TURNSTAR – Began awkwardly.
