Race 1: Allflex Class B Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – NICABELLE 2nd – SETH 3rd – JOYFUL 4th – VILLAINOUS LASS

PISTOLPACKINGPENNY- Stewards permitted Jockey M Hart to ride the mare 3.5kg over its declared weight when no other suitable rider was available. Raced wide near the 800m.

NUCLEAR MISSILE- Stewards permitted Jockey T Chambers to ride the gelding 3kg over its declared weight when no other suitable rider was available.

SETH – Which was resuming from a lengthy spell was inspected by the club’s veterinary officer and passed fit to start. Raced wide throughout.

JOYFUL – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

CHATEAU D’OR – Raced wide rounding home turn.

VILLAINOUS LASS- Returned to scale with blood in its near side nostril. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor laceration to its nearside nostril.

1st – SERENE ROCKET 2nd – GENERAL SON 3rd – ARTIE’S SON 4th – TEN TORINOS

MENELAION - Was a late withdrawal at 12.50pm when no suitable rider was available.

SHUFFLES - Was a late withdrawal at 12.50pm when no suitable rider was available.

ARTIE’S SON - Stewards permitted Jockey M Hart to ride the gelding 3kg over its declared weight when no other suitable rider was available.
