Race 1: POISON CREEK STATION/MUSGRAVE ROAD HOUSE 2021 QTIS MAIDEN PLATE – 1000 Metres
 
HALF EVIL – Began very awkwardly and jumped inwards bumping BOWTIE BETTY.
 
BOWTIE BETTY – Bumped on the hind quarters on jumping. Rider dropped her whip leaving the 200 metres.
 
BOLD ARCHER – Laid out rounding the home turn.
 
Race 2: COOKTOWN RSL CLUB/RIVER OF GOLD MOTEL 2021 BRACELET CLASS B HANDICAP – 1000 Metres

Race 3: YARRALIND PARK 2021 COUNTRY STAMPEDE QUALIFIER OPEN HANDICAP – 1000 Metres

TOFF ROCKS – Slow to begin.
 
LABRUSCO – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
 
Race 4: COOK SHIRE COUNCIL/SEAVIEW MOTEL 2021 CLASS 2 HANDICAP – 1290 Metres
 
The start of this race was delayed due to an incident involving the ambulance vehicle.  
 
CATCHA SPARK – Slow to begin.
 
MCKENZIE WILL DO – Slow into stride.
 
MACIPENKO – Wide early stages.
 
SOLOMON – Over-raced in the early and middle stages.

Race 5: COOKTOWN HARDWARE/TUXWORTH & WOODS 2021 BENCHMARK 60 HANDICAP – 1400 Metres
 
COOL ATTITUDE – Shifted out when over-racing approaching the 1200 metres, then shifted in brushing ROUGH CUT JEWEL. Whilst stewards noted the racing manners of COOL ATTITUDE rider S. Pawsey was nonetheless advised make a greater effort in similar circumstances.

ROUGH CUT JEWEL – Brushed by COOL ATTITUDE approaching the 1200 metres and shifted out placing runners to its outside in restricted room.
 
RED DENARO – Shifted in slightly near the 1200 metres crowding horses to itsinside. Rider L. Morrrison was advised to exercise more care when shifting ground.  
 
LET'S CONQUER – Raced in restricted room approaching the 1200 metres between COOL ATTITUDE and RED DENARO before being tightened for room and being steadied.   
 
Race 6: COUNTRY CUPS CHALLENGE QUAL/COOKTOWN BOWLS CLUB 2021 COOKTOWN CUP OPEN HANDICAP – 1760 Metres
 
ROCK SPUR – Slow into stride.
