RACE 1: STYLES ELECTRIX MAIDEN PLATE – 1250 Metres

FLOURISH – Fractious in the barriers prior to the start.

SUPEEDO GONZALES – Slow to begin.

THIRD MASTER – Over-raced in the early stages.

MAVEN – Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race. A post-race veterinary examination of MAVEN identified the presence of blood in both nostrils. Trainers S. Massingham was advised that MAVEN shall not without the permission of the Stewards: (a) for a period of 2 months after the attack of bleeding, be trained, exercised or galloped on a racecourse, recognized training track, private training establishment, or other place; (b) must not start in any race for a period of 3 months, and then only after: i. a gallop of at least 1000 metres; or ii. an official trial or jump-out, in the presence, and to the satisfaction of a Steward. AR 79(4)

GARINION RIGH – Raced wide for the majority of the race.

RACE 2: KENSINGTON PARK HORSE AGISTMENT QTIS THREE-YEAR-OLD HANDICAP – 950 Metres

SATISFIED MUGS – Shifted out at the start bumping GEM OF SCOTS.

GEM OF SCOTS – Bumped on jumping.

LOST LAMB – Raced greenly when placed under pressure for a short distance leaving the 300 metres. Raced wide for the majority of the race.

MUSIC GIRL – Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race.

RACE 3: NORWELD ENGINEERING CAIRNS QTIS 2-Y-O & 3-Y-O MAIDEN HANDICAP – 950 Metres

SECRET SCOUT – Fractious in the barriers prior to the start and began awkwardly losing considerable ground. Trainer S. Royes was advised a warning would placed on the gelding’s barrier manners.

CHATEAU VON TESS – Slow to begin. Awkwardly placed at the heels of PROPER BENDER near the 550 metres and shifted out bumping GOLDEN GLAZE.

RADIANT POWER – Began awkwardly and shifted out at the start. Raced wide for the majority.

GOLDEN GLAZE – Began awkwardly and shifted out at the start bumping with its outside barrier gate. Bumped near the 550 metres. Raced wide and laid out rounding the home turn.

LIGHT MY LIFE – Began awkwardly and lost ground. Shifted in abruptly near the 500 metres crowding SUGAR BEAR. Shifted in near the 200 metres brushing DIOS AFRODITA.

SUGAR BEAR – Steadied when crowded for room near the 500 metres.

DIOSA AFRODITA – Shifted in near the 200 metres when brushed by LIGHT MY LIFE which shifted in.

RACE 4: KENFROST HOMES CLASS 3 PLATE 3-Y-O & Up Set Weights – 1500 Metres

NOBLE ATTACK – Over-raced in the early and middle stages.

AL RAS BLUES – Momentarily held up for clear running near the 250 metres.

HELL OF A TRIP – Rider dropped his whip approaching the 100 metres. Lost its off-fore plate during the race.

COLOURS OF AUTUM – Jockey L. Morrison pleaded guilty to a charge under AR 132(5) in that she used her whip in an excessive manner striking the horse 7 times prior the 100 metres and 18 times in totality. Jockey Morrison’s license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 7 days to commence M/N 25/11/2025 and expire M/N 02/12/2025. Ms. Morrison was advised of her rights to appeal.

RACE 5: LEWIE FIRE PROTECTION CLASS 5 HANDICAP – 1250 Metres

RAETIHI (NZ) – Shifted out at the start bumping SEVENTIES HIT.

SEVENTIES HIT – Bumped on jumping and shifted out tightening KHABALOV.

EXCITE CHOO – Shifted in at the start tightening KHABALOV and lost ground. Raced wide for the majority.

KHABALOV – Tightened for room on jumping and lost ground.

HARROW (IRE) – Began awkwardly and was bumped resulting in jockey A. Holt being unbalanced and losing ground.

RELEASE LE MISSILE – Shifted in at the start bumping HARROW and lost ground.

TARGETED – Slow to begin and raced wide without cover for the majority. A post-race veterinary examination revealed soreness in both front legs. Co-Trainer Mr P. Rowe advised stewards it is the intension the gelding now be sent for a spell however was advised a veterinary clearance must be provided prior to TARGETED trialling or racing again.

ROTH 'N' BUBBLE – Stewards noted rider I. Fry exceeded the permitted strikes of the whip prior to the 100 metres (+ three) under AR132(7)(a)(ii); however, given the totality of the whip use no further action was taken.

MUTAFIQ – Stewards noted rider S. Cormack exceeded the permitted strikes of the whip prior to the 100 metres (+ two) under AR132(7)(a)(ii); however, given the totality of the whip use no further action was taken.

RACE 6: LADBROKES SAME RACE MULTI BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP – 950 Metres

ENABLER – After being restrained at the start from its wide barrier commenced to race fiercely in the early and middle stages.

SATURDAY VIBES – Began awkwardly and raced wide rounding the home turn.

FLYING ARTIST – Began awkwardly.

YANKEE MISS – Commenced to lay out leaving the 500 metres and made the home turn awkwardly.

SUPER TWENTY THREE – Raced ungenerously approaching the 400 metres and steadied when awkwardly placed at heels near the 400 metres. Lost its near hind plate during the race.

RACE 7: PACIFIC OILS FNQ OPEN HANDICAP – 1400 Metres

MAJOR ARTIE – Bumped on jumping and was unbalanced.

KING'S HALO – Bumped on jumping and shifted in bumping MAJOR ARTIE.

TYCOON BEAU – Began awkwardly. Over-raced in the early and middle stages. Jockey J. Taylor pleaded guilty to a charge under AR 132(5) in that he used his whip in an excessive manner striking the horse 7 times prior the 100 metres and 17 times in totality. Jockey Taylor’s license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 7 days to commence M/N 19/11/2025 and expire M/N 2611/2025. He was advised of his appeal rights.

BURRANEER BUOY – Raced wide without cover for the majority of the race. Stewards questioned jockey I. Fry regarding his riding of the gelding in the early and middle stages of the race when racing three wide without cover for the majority. Jockey Fry stated he had attempted to shift closer to the inside rail from its wide barrier shortly after the start however TYCOON BEAU which was over-racing improved between BURRANEER BUOY and FAROOQ, he further added BURRANEER BUOY had a tendency to over-race and as such he allowed the gelding to travel comfortably on the outside as its normal racing pattern is to race mid field to back. Stewards noted his comments.

RACE 8: LADBROKES MATES MODE RATINGS BAND 0 - 55 HANDICAP – 1250 Metres

GROVERS PREDICTION – Began awkwardly and over-raced in the early stages.

SHARMAN PETE – Bounded in the air on jumping. Over-raced in the early and middle stages and as a result made the 750 metre crossing awkwardly and lost ground.

LECONFIELD – Shifted out at the start bumping OUR IMPACT.

OUR IMPACT – Began awkwardly and was then bumped by LECONFIELD which shifted out at the start.

VANCOUVER BAY – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.

GAZZA'S DIAMOND – Over-raced in the early stages.

LAZENBY – Raced wide for the majority.

LET'S RIDE – Raced wide for the majority.

NEGATION – Stewards noted rider A. Sewell exceeded the permitted strikes of the whip prior to the 100 metres (+ one) under AR132(7)(a)(ii); however, given the totality of the whip use no further action was taken.
