JEROME- Trainer Mr. P Randall presented the incorrect horse to the mounting yard. Stewards inquired into the incident and under the provision of AR99(1) issued a monetary penalty to Mr. Randall of $400. In determining penalty Stewards considered Mr. Randall’s relatively short career as a Trainer, his guilty plea and his forthright evidence and the delay to the start of the event was minimal.

SIR OCCY- Stewards permitted Jockey S Sweedman to ride SIR OCCY +2.0 kg over the allocated weight.
