After taking evidence from all relevant parties, and viewing the patrol footage available , Stewards found that while GOOSIP TORQUE shifted out abruptly entering the home turn forcing FAV’S FLYER slightly wider on the track, they did not feel that the interference suffered to FAV’S FLYER exceeded the 1 and a half length margin between the runners at the conclusion of the event and therefore dismissed the objection and declared correct weight on the numbers as semaphored by the Judges.

And further, that approaching the 30m point in the race the runners bumped again.
