SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

Ipswich 2nd September 2026

Stewards today inquired into Apprentice F Sandkuhl contacting heels and being dislodged after the post in Race 7 at Ipswich 2nd September 2026. After taking evidence from Jockeys R. Maloney (EL CENTRO), B. Thompson (NAVY NINA), E. Lang (TAM NA GHAR), C. Graham (GAGNANTE ENCHERE) and Apprentice F. Sandkuhl rider of MONAKEED, Stewards issued a charge of careless riding pursuant to AR131(a) to Jockey E, Lang rider of TAM NA GHAR in that approaching the finishing line. Jockey E. Lang allowed her mount to shift into the rightful running of MONAKEED ridden by Apprentice F. Sandkuhl which resulted in MONAKEED contacting the heels of TAM NA GHAR, blundering and Apprentice F. Sandkuhl becoming unbalanced in the saddle, losing the use of her near side iron and being dislodged a short distance later. Jockey E. Lang pled not guilty to the charge and after submissions was formally found guilty by Stewards and her license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 18 days, to commence midnight 25th September and to conclude 13th October 2026.
