Bowditch) and to the inside of FRACTIONS (App P. Keane) and BY CHOICE (M. Palmer). After taking evidence from all riders concerned Michael Palmer the rider of BY CHOICE was found guilty of riding in a careless manner by allowing his mount to shift in tightening the running of FRACTIONS, which in turn shifted in tightening CANADIAN COUNTER. M. Palmer’s licence to ride in races was suspended for a period of 2 weeks to commence midnight 10 October 2011 and expire midnight 24 October 2011.
