General- As Apprentice L Dodds reported ill, rider replacements were made as per the Stewards Summary. A medical certificate of fitness will be required prior to his next riding engagements. Due to no other available riders, scratching were required as per the summary.
Race 1: Dane Ripper BM 55 Handicap- 1517 metres
ZABEELZEBUB- Began awkwardly.
GUNDY STORM- Began awkwardly.
GET LOOSE- Raced wide throughout.
CLASPED- Lay in over the concluding stages. Rider reminded to straighten his mounts when shifting ground.
Race 2: Saintly Class 3 Plate- 850 metres
MR. RAINMAKER- Raced wide throughout. Near the 150 metres shifted in abruptly and TELEPHOTO was taken inwards. App Spinks corrected as soon as possible.
PERMISSION GRANTED- Raced wide throughout.
MIDNIGHT STALKER- Raced wide without cover throughout.
Race 3: Carly Mae Pye Class 1 Handicap- 1000 metres
DORSAL FIN- Declared a late scratching at 10.30am due to no available rider.
INFINITE MISS- Slow into stride.
KROSS REFERENCE- Little slow to begin. Dipped shortly after the start,
Race 4: Taj Rossi QTIS Maiden Plate - 1000 metres
LIGHTNING ARTIST- Declared a late scratching at 2.50pm due to no available rider.
MISS SAPPY- Slow into stride.
DAYS OF OUR LIVES- Delay to the start when difficult to load. After being placed in the barrier, reared and broke through the barrier gate. When unable to be reloaded, the mare was declared a late scratching at 3.50pm. All bets were ordered to be refunded with the following deductions to apply to winning bets;
LAVRA QUALO- 5 cents Win 6 Cents place.
CHAIN THE GATE- 7 cents Place
BROKEN ELEMENT- 13c Place
Trainer J Manzelmann was advised that DAYS OF OUR LIVES would be required to obtain a further barrier certificate.

COSTA LITTLE- Raced wide without cover throughout.
Race 5: So You Think Class 6 Plate - 1194 metres
INACTION- Began a little awkwardly and lost some ground.
AERIAL PING PONG- Raced wide without cover throughout.
AL’S BRIEFS- Hung out from the 1000 metres and near the 200 metres shifted out and took TROPICAL HEATWAVE outwards.
