Race 1: POLO PRINCE BENCHMARK 65 Handicap 850 METRES


The start of this race was delayed by 20 minutes due to the late arrival of the ambulance on course.
 
ARARRAC - Raced three wide throughout without cover. 
 
BELZU -  Had to steady near the 650m when another runner was taken in. 
 
VALFIERNO – Had to check and lose ground near the 650 metres when another runner shifted  in.

CRUISE POWER - Hampered at the start as a result was slow into stride. Raced wide throughout. 
 
EXOCET ROCKET – Raced three wide throughout with cover.
 
ALGEROBA - Jumped out at the start hampering another runner. Shifted in near the 650 metres causing runners to the inside to check and steady. Rider Apprentice Manu Potgieter was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) for shifting ground when not clear to do so. His license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 10 days from midnight 12th November up to and including midnight Sunday 22nd November.
 
Race 2: RAIN LOVER Class B Handicap 1000 METRES
 
IQELA - Raced wide throughout. 
 
Race 3: KENSEI Maiden Plate 1194 METRES
 
DREAM THE DAY AWAY - Began awkwardly and raced wide throughout. Rider reported that DREAM THE DAY AWAY raced greenly throughout.
 
MY VOICE - Began awkwardly and raced wide throughout.
 
Race 4:BELDALE BALL BENCHMARK 55 Handicap 1194 METRES
 
EPHESIAN - Raced wide throughout. 
 
GENG - Raced wide throughout. 
 
HARD ENOUGH - Raced wide throughout. 
 
SALTY’S BOY - Commenced to hang out from the 800 metres. 
 
DUAN PHOENIX - Raced wide throughout. 
 
Race 5: SUBZERO BENCHMARK 45 Handicap 1517 METRES
 
IDALIA’S DREAM - Raced wide throughout. 
 
MS WICKED NICCI - Bumped heavily at the start by another runner. 
 
TELLOFF - Held up momentarily behind a tiring runner approaching the home turn.
 
BON BON - Jumped out at the start bumping heavily with another runner. 
 
WE WANT IT ALL – Fractious in the stalls prior to jumping.
