GENERAL
 
 
Race 1: FOX HELICOPTERS Class 1 Handicap 1000m
SCARPA – As no other rider was available Stewards permitted Jockey D. Ballard to ride the gelding 1 kg over its allocated weight.
DOLLADREAM – Raced wide majority.
IRON CURTAIN – Slow to begin. Resented kickback throughout. Trainer Ms T. Parry was advised a warning would be placed on the geldings racing manners.
PIQABOO – Raced wide for the majority was. Inclined to lay out approaching the 600m bumping with another runner.
DEVIL’S NUMBER – Raced wide for the majority. Was bumped by another runner approaching the 600m. Laid in when placed under pressure in the straight.
COSTA ROYALE – Raced wide on the home turn.
BONNY’S TREASURE – Resented the kickback in the middle stages of the race.

Race 2: SPAR RICHMOND Class 6 Plate 1200m
BANKSY STRIKES – Slowly into stride.
NECESSITAS – Slowly into stride. Raced wide for the majority.
ACTON SHALE – Raced wide on the home turn.
 
Race 3: RICHMOND LIVESTOCK TRANSPORT QTIS Maiden Plate 1200m
NALSSENDORI – As no other rider was available Stewards permitted Jockey D. Ballard to ride the gelding 2kg over its allocated weight.
ISIS TURBO – Slow to begin.
EL RANCHOS – Raced wide for the majority.
MY BOY SOOTY – Raced wide for the majority.
TORA SUMI – Began awkwardly. Raced wide for the majority. On returning to the mounting yard Jockey Ms N. Nelson was dislodged. Jockey Nelson declared herself fit to continue.
MISHANI DUDE – Raced wide for the majority.
 
Race 4: FEDERAL PALACE BENCHMARK 45 Handicap 1200m
CASH BUNDLE – Raced wide for the majority.
MARCY MAGIC – Raced wide majority.
ARFA CROWN – Raced wide middle stages and home turn. Jockey K Ballard reported on entering the starting gates his left foot made heavy contact with the gates he was examined by QAS Officer and found to have sustained a soft tissue injury to the left foot.
MBAPPE – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Raced wide for the majority.
MYOLA MILLY – Bumped by another runner on jumping. Raced wide on the home turn.
SOVIET – Stood flat footed on jumping. Trainer K. Krogh was advised the gelding would be required to obtain a barrier certificate prior to again being permitted to start in a race.
 
 
Race 5: LAIDLOWS SUPERMARKET BENCHMARK 60 Handicap 1400m
ALMIGHTY GOLD – Race wide for the majority.
MACKELLAR’S VOICE – Raced wide for the home turn.
SNIPPY STRATEGIC – Began awkwardly.
