Race 1: Great Northern Crisp QTIS Three-Years-Old Handicap 1100 metres
 
Blue Jacket – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
Motored – Overraced in the early and middle stages. Rider reported that his mount raced green throughout.
 
Mishani Tsunami – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after competing in the past seven days and was passed fit to start.
 
Cherbalena – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after competing in the past seven days and was passed fit to start. Hampered on jumping away.
 
Mishani Pharoah - Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after competing in the past seven days and was passed fit to start. Jumped away awkwardly.
 
Race 2: 2 TAB Maiden Handicap 1400 metre
 
Magnate – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
Sethlans – Overraced in the early and middle stages. Passing the 1000m had to be restrained to avoid the heels of MOONSHINER, which shifted in when insufficiently clear. Jockey A Butler was reminded of his obligations to be clear when shifting ground in future. Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
Yufcalledcharlie – A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
 
Gold Chorus – A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
 
Max'n'mat – Hampered on jumping away. Had difficultly obtaining clear running passing the 400m when being awkwardly placed on the heels of SETHLANS. Was unable to be fully tested over the concluding stages after racing in restricted room. Trainer Mr A Jones was advised MAX ‘N’ MAT would require a further barrier certificate prior to accepting for a for a future race.
 
Man Ona Mission – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after being fractious in the barriers and was passed fit to start.
 
Rock Ready – Jumped away awkwardly. Became extremely awkward in its stride approaching 1300m and lost considerable ground. Trainer J Wehlow was advised a warning would be placed on the record of the gelding in relation to its racing mannerisms.
 
Race 3: 3 Christmas Parties at Callaghan Park OPEN Handicap 1050 metres
 
Raiden – Lost its off fore plate in running.
 
Lingalonga Lass – Jumped away awkwardly and was slow to begin.
 
Race 4: Functions at Callaghan Park Class 3 Handicap 1100 metres
 
God Of Mischief – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
Dolci – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
Lady Lowburn – Jumped away awkwardly and shifted in abruptly.
 
Struman – Hampered on jumping away.
 
Race 5: Club 150 2021 Class 1 Handicap 1300 metres
 
Bring Me Showers – When questioned in relation to the performance of the mare, Jockey R Wiggins stated that his mount felt awkward in its stride when placed under pressure in the straight and commenced to weakened noticeably. A post race veterinary examination revealed a bowed near fore tendon. Trainer Mr T. Smith was advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to accepting for a future race or trial.
 
Stumped – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
 
Dacxi Kaboom – A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
 
She's Imperial – Rider B. El-Issa was suspended for 21 days under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for using his whip on nine occasions prior to the 100m, four more than permitted. Jockey El-Issa suspension is to commence midnight 12 August and to conclude midnight 2 September 2021. In determining penalty, stewards took into account this was Jockey El-Issa’s tenth breach of the rule since 8 August 2020.

Coach – Overraced in the early and middle stages.
 
Traq – fractious in barriers and as a result was slow into stride.
 
High I Cue – Jumped away awkwardly.  Overraced in the early and middle stages.
 
Blackcurrent – Approaching the 650m had to be restrained after becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of IRRUPT which rolled in marginally. Jockey R. Wiggins, rider of IRRUPT, was reminded of his obligations to correct his mounts when they shift ground in future.
 
Frascati Miss (NZ) – Hampered on jumping away.
 
Race 7: Spring Carnival Packages – ON SALE SOON! BENCHMARK 70 Handicap 1400 metres
 
Bogey Man – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
Revenire – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
Srini – Was declared a late scratching at 5.09pm after becoming cast in the barriers Deductions applicable to bets placed on winner and the placegetters prior to 5.09pm as following:

Place Bets (For 2nd) Gypsy Biker - 19 cents

Schappose (NZ) – Laid out rounding the home turn.
 
Centaur – Was declared a late scratching at 5.08pm on veterinary advice after becoming cast in the barriers and broke a tooth. Deductions applicable to bets placed on winner and the placegetters prior to 5.08pm as following:

Place Bets (For 2nd) Gypsy Biker - 24 cents

Trainer Mr A. Clark was advised that CENTAUR would be required to trial prior to accepting to a future race start.
Jockey B. El-Issa was stood down by Queensland Ambulance Officers after injuring his arm and was would require a medical prior to riding again.
