SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT
 
 
GENERAL
Stewards along with a delegation of senior riders inspected the track near the 800 metres in regard to a wet area around a water controller, ln doing so all parties were satisfied the track was safe for racing and the meeting went ahead as scheduled.
 
Race 1: BILOELA PLUMBING WORKS Maiden Plate 1300 metres
 
DAULAT MACHTIGKUDA, over raced onto the heels of ROGER EXPRESS approaching the home turn.
 
ROGER EXPRESS, jumped out at the start. S Green pleaded guilty to a charge under the terms AR106 for presenting ROGER EXPRESS to race with blinkers on.
 
SIRENE, raced three wide without cover in the early and middle stages. Jockey Adam Sewell reported SIRENE may have jarred up and that it was out of contention by the home turn. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities, trainer Tom Smith advised he would recommend to the owners to retire SIRENE.
 
MY LITTLE VIKING, began awkwardly.
 
REBEL'S DAUGHTER, was squeezed between TELMESOMETHIN GIRL and ROGER EXPRESS at the start and as a result was slow into stride, Shifted out under pressure in the home straight.
 
TELMESOMETHIN'GIRL, jumped in at the start and hung out down the home straight.
 
Race 2: TREV 966, TOP3 IN THE WORLD BENCHMARK 65 Handicap 1200 metres
 
SANTORINI SUMMER, began awkwardly as a result was slow into stride. Approaching the 700 metres shifted out under riding resulting in MISTAKEN IDENTITY have to check and shift back to the inside. Jockey Damien Boutet pleaded guilty to a charge under the terms of 131(a) careless riding for shifting out when not clear to so. Jockey Boutet’s license to ride in races was suspended for 8 days from midnight 26th June until midnight 4th July.
 
VILA TINTO, raced wide throughout.
 
MISTAKEN IDENTITY, slow to begin and approaching the 700 metres had to check and shift back inwards after SANTORINI SUMMER shifted out under riding.
 
Race 3: RAY WHITE BILOELA OPEN Handicap 800 metres
 
AHWAHNEECHEE, shifted out under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
SIRFINA, jumped out at the start.
 
BLUE JACKET, slow to begin.
 
MAXIMUM ALTITUDE, fractious prior to the start.
 
HARAMAIN, apprentice Amy Graham was reminded of her obligations in regard to the whip use on a horse out of contentions.
 
Race 4: BILOELA FLEXIHIRE Maiden Plate 800 metres
 
FIREBIRD TWO, was declared a late scratching at 3:14pm when it refused to load in the barriers. Stewards ordered all monies invested on FIREBIRD TWO to be refunded and declared the following deductions to occur.
First 5 cents win and 4 cents the place
Second, 5 cents
Third 8 cents
Trainer Glen Richardson was advised FIREBIRD TWO must pass a barrier trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before racing again.
 
TIME TO STAR, reared at the start. Stewards spoke with apprentice Garielle Semmens and her master Tom Button in regards to her riding of TIME TO STAR over the concluding stages, Tom Button stated he instructed the apprentice apply minimal use of the whip as TIME TO STAR resents the whip. He also stated he has advised apprentice Semmens previously in regards to looking around for other runners in the straight when riding her mounts. Stewards noted the explanation of both Tom Button and apprentice Gabrielle Semmens regarding the lack of whip use, however Stewards severely admonished apprentice Semmens for looking around in the straight.
 
CARDANO, Jockey Warwick Satherley pleaded guilty to a charge under the terms of AR132(5for using the whip on 15 occasions in totality, 1 more than permitted. Jockey Satherley was issued with a reprimand.
 
COCO ROYALE, fractious prior to the start, began awkwardly and was bumped heavily by TIME TO STAR inconveniencing apprentice jockey Erin Molloy.
 
SANDY STORY, jumped out at the start and raced wide throughout.
 
JOSIE'S SPIRIT, jumped out at the start.
 
MAYHEM GIRL, began awkwardly and hung in throughout the race.
 
Race 5: FULL POWER PRESSURE SOLUTIONS BILOELA BENCHMARK
45 Handicap 1075 metres
 
DIAMOND HANDS, began awkwardly as a result was slow into stride, and took the first turn awkwardly and raced wide for the remainder.
 
NO BETTER AFFAIRE, raced wide throughout.
 
AWESOME SPIRIT, shifted out under pressure in the home straight.
 
MUMBLES, began awkwardly as a result was slow into stride and raced wide throughout.
 
COOEEBAYMAGIC, showed no speed throughout and broke down near the finish line. After undergoing a post race veterinary inspection it was found to have shattered the off fore fetlock, the decision was made to euthanise COOEEBAYMAGIC on humane grounds.
 
RED GADGET, raced wide throughout.
 
QUEEN BEAN, began awkwardly.
 
Race 6: BILOELA AUSLEC/LH QTIS Class 1 Handicap 1300 metres
 
The start of Race six was put back to start at 16:38pm after an incident in Race 5
 
OUTLAW JOSEY WALES – slow into stride and raced wide throughout.
 
GILBERT'S GOLD, approaching the 900 metres was over racing and shifted out to avoid heels.
 
SHUT IT DOWN, hung out around the home turn.

BOSS BANDIT, began awkward and raced wide from the middle stages.
 
GRAND ASCENT, began awkwardly.

CRAIGLEA ETNA, jumped out at the start.
 
STEP THIS WAY – began awkwardly and over raced in the early stages. Ducked out sharply shortly after entering the home straight.

OAKFIELD BLOSSOM – slow to begin.
 
INHISTIME, failed to show any speed throughout the race and finished the race well back. A post race veterinary examination revealed
