CAT IN THE RAINE- Raced wide for the majority.

VIKING CLAP- Raced wide for the majority.

Jockey S Wilson pleaded guilty to a charge under the provisions of AR131(a) in that passing the 200m he did direct his mount (GRAZIE) out across the running of YOU DREAMT WHAT (S PAWSEY) when insufficiently clear causing that runner to be restrained and shift out onto the running of AVATEA (N Thomas) which was obliged to check and lose its rightful running. Jockey Wilsons license to ride in races was subsequently suspended for a period of 8 days to commence 02/10/2021 up to and including 09/10/2021. In determining penalty Stewards considered Jockey Wilsons record in relation to the rule, his guilty plea and forthright evidence, as well as the degree of interference which was deemed to be in the low range. Jockey Wilson was advised of his right to an internal review.
