GOTTA HERO – blundered shortly after the start after standing on its off-side front plate, losing momentum and ground.
AUSTRAL DIAMOND – proved difficult to load – Given all circumstances, including a lack of upcoming trial opportunities Trainer Ms. Shryn Royes was advised that a final warning had been placed on the mare’s barrier manners; travelled wide throughout.

A post-race veterinary examination of MISHANI WOLF revealed no obvious abnormality. Given all circumstances, including MISHANI WOLF’s prior record, trainer John Manzelmann was advised that MISHANI WOLF must trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards prior to next racing.
QUARRY MAN (NZ) – hung out over the final 250 metres and had to be continually straightened.
