Form Analysis: Redcliffe June 25

RACE 1 

BELL RIVER BOY (1) had a tough run last start when attempting to work around to the breezing before being forced to the rear of the field in a quickly run race. He has good gate speed and this looks a race he should be able to lead in. The last two races he has led in he has won and should prove hard to beat again.

EPIC ERNIE (7) hit the line powerfully last start after getting a long way back in the run. Looks likely to secure a good run through in this race on the back of a gate speed horse and should get every chance with the option of the sprint lane late.

COTE DAZUR (9) led last start controlled the race and was able to rate good time when narrowly beaten by Xpress Party. This looks tougher from the outside back row draw but he still looks a strong chance.

MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (8) has been racing in consistent form and has options from the draw. If he is able to secure a good run he can be running on again late.

RACE 2 

JACCKA COOPER (1) has good enough speed to drive through and lead given the aid of the 2040 start point. His numerical form is poor but he is going a lot better than that suggests and just hasn’t had a lot of luck in recent outings. He is down in grade on some of his better form and should be hard to beat.

SHES IN LINE (7) should get a good run through on the back of the likely leader in the race. She look on a stronger race last start won by Shards Matrix at Albion Park and had drawn wide there leaving her to do all the work. 

TIGER TOMMY (4) broke through for a well deserved victory last start when securing a really good run leaders back and sprinting best to score. She looks to draw more awkwardly in this race and is likely to find this tougher.

BOLD MEDLEY JUJON (5) worked hard last start when sitting without cover and battled on reasonably there in solid time for the grade behind Rock Hammer. Might be forced to do the work again.

RACE 3

THREENTWO (1) has excellent gate speed and should drive through and lead easily enough. She started from a wide gate last start and worked hard when breezing battling away reasonably for fourth behind Emmaleen. Should give them something to catch.

OUR ULTIMATE LOIS (7) took on a strong restricted wins race last start taken out by Just A Cool Dude where they simply dashed home a quick last half and it made it difficult for Our Ultimate Lois to get into the race. This time she looks likely to secure a good run through early and should be right in the finish.

EMMALEEN (3) ran on strongly last start to score after racing behind a strong speed. She lands in what looks a very similar race and can be running on well again.

ACCELERE (5) secured a really suitable run last start 3 back on the pegs behind Artistic Saint and finished well enough to get into second. Although he draws awkwardly in this race it does look a weaker field. Has been

RACE 4 

MISS SYRAH (5) took on a stronger race last start where she zipped off the gate before handing over to Mullum Doc. She draws wide in this gate and has decisions to make in the early stages whether she goes back or works forward. She will need luck but looks a solid hope.

JUST A COOL DUDE (9) went around a short priced favourite two starts ago and was very disappointing there when well beaten into ninth although he was checked at a crucial stage of the race.

WEREGOINTOGETCHA (2) draws favourably in this race and has been racing well. She has quite good gate speed and if she found the front in this race would be very hard to catch. Melton Insulted usually likes to lead but probably isn’t racing at her absolute best so may elect to hand over.

DIPPED IN SILVER (8) hit the line nicely last start after securing a good run in the race. Should secure a good run again.

RACE 5

ARMA SPORTSGIRL (8) began her QLD career with a win last start after tracking up a solid tempo set by Perfect Feeling. She is likely to secure a good run again from a suitable draw and should be running on late.

BOKHARI (2) had no luck last start when shuffled out of the race behind a tiring runner. Draws favourably this time and if he can find the front he would prove hard to beat in this company.

GALVARINO (7) seems to be building with each run for the new stable and was a solid third last start in a similar race. The draw looks awkward on paper likely behind one of the lesser chances.

TREACHEROUS GABBY (5) was a winner two starts ago at this track when leading all of the way a position she seems to go well in. Will need to be running on late this time.

SUGGESTED BET: BOKHARI (2) to win.

RACE 6 

BLAZING TART (3) hasn’t started her campaign well making a break in both her last two starts after racing ungenerously. She was sent back to the trials and went reasonably there when running third to Ruby Rules who is a very smart horse. Can bounce back into form by breaking her maiden in this race should she do everything right.

EYE SEE THESEASIDE (2) trialled quite nicely recently albeit in moderate time. She is nicely bred and looks likely to make a strong start to her career in this race.

EATING IN CHICAGO (7) draws awkwardly inside the back row and has been racing well enough in a few races which have probably had a bit more depth than this one. Will need luck but can figure.

MALARKY (1) ran a solid race last start behind dominant winner Premier Paul at this track. Has the great drawn and should be thereabouts.

RACE 7

UNCUT GEM (1) hit the line nicely last start once eventually getting into the clear. Has moderate gate speed and given gate 1 at the 2040 start point it is likely he is able to drive through and lead.

MYSTICALFANTASY (3) was a strong second last start behind Ohokaredrobinjujon. This looks easier and she should be thereabouts again in this race if able to secure a good run.

BELMER BETTY (8) burned hard to lead last start and was well beaten there over the 2040. She was solid her run prior and a similar effort is likely to see her thereabouts in this race.

FRANCS FOR COMING (4) was taken on for the lead last start by one of the rank outsiders in the race before making a break going into the first turn. She did wel to finish as close as she did following the early error.

RACE 8

FANCY LIKE BARBIE (9) has returned well from a spell and appears to be closing in on another victory. She swept into the race nicely last start before being nabbed late by a horse that has since won again in Betting Baron.

CRIME TIME (5) has been racing consistently in recent outings. Wasn’t suited last start when sitting just off what was a very slow tempo in a race taken out by Doc Harvey at Marburg. May need to do the work or get a long way back in the run which could make his task tougher in this race.

GET ME OUTTA HERE (8) didn’t have much luck last start when checked at a crucial stage of the race. He hit the line reasonably his run prior when running fourth behind Ideal Tiger.

DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (2) hit the line strongly two runs ago and briefly looked the winner at one stage. He draws suitably in this race and can be thereabouts.
