RACE 1

ROCKSNGEMS (9) scored a dominant win last start when leading all of the way at this track. He showed good gate speed early before zipping away late. He won’t be able to lead this time from the outside back row draw but does look after to beat again should he secure a good run into the race.

ZAC DANIELS (6) was an impressive winner two and three starts ago when flashing over the top late and racing away for a big win before leading all the way. He is racing well and should be hard to beat again despite the outside front row draw

DIEGO DELGADO (5) has seemingly bounced back to form after recording back to back wins two and three starts ago. He draws wide in this race and will be hoping the race is run to suit.

WHYKIKAMOOCOW (1) was hitting the line strongly last start after getting a long way back in the run. He has early speed and should be much closer this time from the good draw.

SELECTIONS: ROCKSNGEMS (9), ZAC DANIELS (6), DIEGO DELGADO (5), WHYKIKAMOOCOW (1)

SUGGESTED BET: ROCKSNGEMS (9) to win.

RACE 2

FIGHT TO THE END (7) appeared to be doing his best work through the line last start behind Decipher at Albion Park. He didn’t appear to get around the bend that well there losing ground at one stage before picking up strongly in the straight. He was luckless his run prior at Redcliffe and with better luck this time he can be hard to beat.

GALVARINO (2) has good gate speed and was able to lead all the way last start beating Sports Bounty and Major Tralee. Shouldn’t find this company too much tougher and can be hard to beat again.

MILLIEWOOD (8) appears to draw suitable on the back row to do no work early and be close enough in the run following a gate speed horse. She was a winner at this track five starts ago after securing a good run over the 2040 journey.

KEAYANG MOSCATO (6) is having its first start for the Livingstone stable in this race following a solid trial at Albion Park. The draw appears to make it a difficult race but can figure with luck in running.

SELECTIONS: FIGHT TO THE END (7), GALVARINO (2), MILLIEWOOD (8), KEAYANG MOSCATO (6)

SUGGESTED BET: FIGHT TO THE END (7) to win.

RACE 3

WEHAVTIME (3) has early speed and may look to push forward in the early stages. He led and won comfortably two starts ago at this track on a night there was strong wind which is likely to have made it tough for horses left exposed to that longest out in front. Can work forward again and prove hard to beat.

MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (4) was a back to back winner in Trot Rods races five and six starts ago before taking on stronger races in recent starts. He was well beaten last start but that was in a race they ran incredibly fast time for the grade.

PENNIE PACKER (7) starts from what looks a suitable draw where she should get a good run through in the early stages. She has been racing without a great deal of luck and this looks likely to be a race she can be running into the finish the luck comes at the right time.

LUKA DONCIC (8) appears to be dropping back into the right type of grade. His last win came in February and this looks another good opportunity to break through.

SELECTIONS: WEHAVTIME (3), MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (4), PENNIE PACKER (7), LUKA DONCIC (8)

SUGGESTED BET: PENNIE PACKER (7) each way.

RACE 4

BOLD MEDLEY JUJON (8) hasn’t won this year but hasn’t been far away in any of his races recording 4 placings and numerous midfield finishes. He appears to be back somewhere near his best and was a good second to stablemate Blackjack Bart last start in an effort that suggested a win is near.

ALWAYS PROMISE ME (6) draws outside the front row but does have good speed making him quite versatile. He has scored two of his wins when sitting outside the leader which is a position he might find himself in at some stage in this race.

SHEZ A PUNTER (2) appears to have some early speed and should find a decent run in the race up on speed. She comes into this race third up and might be nearing peak fitness which could see her further improved.

OUR ULTIMATE LUKA (7) sat on the leaders back last start and was potentially a touch disappointing to finish out the placings although she was only beaten 3.7 metres and  appeared reluctant to shift into the sprint lane. Looks well placed in this race.

SELECTIONS: BOLD MEDLEY JUJON (8), ALWAYS PROMISE ME (6), SHEZ A PUNTER (2), OUR ULTIMATE LUKA (7)

SUGGESTED BET: BOLD MELDEY JUJON (8) to win.

RACE 5

EBONY BELLE (7) led last start in a much stronger race and ran along strong sectionals there before making a break when under pressure. She was good not to be beaten further given the error she made there and the strong tempo she had set. If she can get clear at the right time she could prove hard to hold out.

JAZZMIN (6) took on what was seemingly a much stronger race last start at Albion Park taken out by Bettors Moon. She drops back in grade into this race and has good early speed. She should be close enough in the run and will prove hard to beat.

FANCY LIKE BARBIE (8) is rarely far away in her races and draws favourably in this race to do no work in the early stages. She had no luck last start and was well beaten as a result. Can figure in this race with a softer run.

SHEZAMATERIALGIRL (9) took on a similar race last start at Albion Park and was a dominant winner. She draws outside the back row and has generally been know to do her best work in the lead and on the pegs but could figure if the race was run to suit.

SELECTIONS: EBONY BELLE (7), JAZZMIN (6), FANCY LIKE BARBIE (8), SHEZAMATERIALGIRL (9)

SUGGESTED BET:

RACE 6

RALLY AROUND (8) finished midfield last start in the final of the Qbred Breeders Classic 2YO Colts and Geldings behind Fight For Victory. This looks a quantum step back in grade from that race and he is likely to be very hard to beat wherever he sits in the run.

NITRATOR (7) ran well last start when doing plenty of work at this track behind Inside Magic. He draws awkwardly again in this race and may need some luck early to get off the pegs. He looks one of the better hopes.

BERRYLICIOUS (2) has good early speed and might be able to find the front before having options from there. Took on a slightly deeper race last start at Albion Park in one of the Young Drivers races.

BOSTON ASSASSIN (5) has been racing fairly while seemingly still learning. Would need to lift on recent efforts to win this race but could certainly figure in the minor money.

SELECTIONS: RALLY AROUND (8), NITRATOR (7), BERRYLICIOUS (2), BOSTON ASSASSIN (5)

SUGGESTED BET: RALLY AROUND (8) to win.

RACE 7

TOUGH FIGHTER (2) didn’t have much luck last start when held up at a crucial stage before running second to Ideal Bronski who looks like he may be quite a smart horse. He draws well in this race and should be able to hold s forward position early.

MARRAZANO (7) took on what appeared to be a much stronger race taken out by stablemate Kiki Meister and was able to run third there. He draws to do no work early on the back row and will have options being the only horse off the back row in this race. He should be in the finish the right run.

VICTREE CHARLIE (3) took on a race with more depth last start at Albion Park and finished ninth there in a race it didn’t suit runners back in the field in what was a dash home. He was running on well two starts ago into third behind Uncut Gem in another race that wasn’t run to suit horses running on.

BELMER BETTY (1) showed good gate speed last start and was just beaten by a better horse in Lustre who was able to sit outside of her and score. She may elect to take the trail in this race and could be somewhere in the money.

SELECTIONS: TOUGH FIGHTER (2), MARRAZANO (7), VICTREE CHARLIE (3), BELMER BETTY (1)

SUGGESTED BET: TOUGH FIGHTER (2) to win.
