Form Analysis: Redcliffe September 26

RACE 1 

OUR ULTIMATE BEATY (2) appeared a touch disappointing last start when well beaten in moderate time despite securing a great run 1-1. She had been working towards a win nicely prior to that last start effort including a good second at Albion Park her run prior. She may look to press forward and her best should be hard to beat. 

ROCK YOUR SOCKS (7) was well beaten last start in a stronger race. She will need luck from this draw but if that luck comes she can be running into it late and has seemingly run some of her better races when held up until late in the race.

ROCKNREASON (4) took on a stronger race last start which was taken out by Shes Allaboutluv who was first up in the race from NZ. She should be able to secure a good run in this race off the speed and if the race is run to suit she can be running into it late.

THEFAULTINMYSTARS (5) was able to secure a good run on the back of Im Alby at this track and made little impression on the winner late. He had run well his start prior when doing the work in the race and battling on well which he may be forced to do again in this race.

RACE 2 

EBONY BELLE (3) has very good early speed and should be able to work across to the lead in this race. She appeared to have the race won two starts ago when looming up and hitting the front before Mister Hart kicked back and own in a 32 last quarter. She is never far away but just seemingly doesn’t know how to win with 18 placings and 2 wins. She looks set for another placings again in this race likely not beaten far. 

OUR DOLLY (5) was crossed two starts ago when drawing gate 1 and just not mustering enough speed early to drive through and lead. She was then forced to do the work outside the leader last start at the 2040 and just got tired late. The step back to 1780 and slight step back in class both look suitable and she should be hard to beat. 

MISS SERENDIPITY (9) scored a good win five starts ago when sitting on the back of Ebony Belle and running past him late up the sprint lane. She should get a good run off the speed in this race and should be running into it late. 

AUNTY FRANCES (8) led from a wide gate at this track and just got tired late when appearing to have every chance. She may be better suited sat up at this stage in her career and should be running on late.

RACE 3

ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (6) took on a much stronger field in a race taken out by La Derniere last start. She draws wide in this race but looks to have a considerable class edge on her rivals in this company. If she is able to secure the right run into the race she should be hard to beat.

LOVIN MISS DIXIE (3) hasn’t raced since early August which looks a genuine query in this race. She led two starts ago setting a good tempo and just being run down late by Whykikamoocow. If she can lead in this race she should be hard to catch at her best.

MISTER DELWIN (2) has good early speed and should be able to zip across to the lead before having options. He was able to run on strongly last start over the 2040 at Redcliffe when running third beaten just a head.

AMILLIONCHANCES (1) was crossed in the early stages last start and worked away from the inside to sit without cover before battling on well late. He draws the same gate again and may be shuffled back early. With luck he can be in the finish.

RACE 4 

MAJOR TRALEE (6) has very good early speed and may look to press forward and race in a prominent position. He drops in grade into this race off some of his better efforts and should be right in the finish in this race. 
 
WANDARY DELIGHT (8) appears likely to get a good run off the speed in this race which could generate a good early tempo. She didn’t have much luck last start when weaving through and running third at this track behind Someones Watching and Betting Barron. 

BETTING BARON (9) should have options in this race from a good draw. He was forced to do the work last start and battled on well for third there. He looks suited in this company and should be hard to beat. 

MATAI REACTOR (3) is a horse that generally shows his best when driven conservatively early and saved for one run which he should get another good opportunity to do in a race that could generate a good early tempo. He was running on well two starts ago at this track when getting into second late. 

SELECTIONS: MAJOR TRALEE (6), WANDARY DELIGHT (8), BETTING BARON (9), MATAI REACTOR (3)

SUGGESTED BET: MAJOR TRALEE (6) to win.

RACE 5

ROCKSNGEMS (6) has brilliant gate speed and should be able to launch across and lead this race and from there should be hard to catch. He led two starts ago setting a solid tempo and was just run down by Borsellino. 

LAST CALL (3) is a long way back in grade in this race on some of her better efforts. She secured a good run off the speed three starts ago and was closing well late when not beaten far. She should be able to position up close enough in the run and can be running on late.

THE TORQUE EFFECT (7) was able to find the front at the 2040 last start and appeared to have every chance when finishing a well beaten fifth. May be better not used off the gate early and if the luck comes at the right time she can be running into it late.

LITTLEMICKEY (4) worked hard two starts ago when leading and was taken on through the third quarter by Macs A Dude and just got tired late to run fourth. He should be able to position up close enough in this race and with the right run should be getting into it late.

SUGGESTED BET: ROCKSNGEMS (6) to win. 

RACE 6 

REDS STAR DEAL (3) led last start over the 2040 at this track and was able to score a dominant win when seemingly not fully extended on the line. He Should be able to work forward in this race and find a prominent position and with a repeat of his latest effort should be hard to beat. 

ALLMIGHTY MAX (5) worked hard early two starts ago when zipping across and jumping in leaders back before proving too good late. He has some versatility in this type of grade and given his good gate speed will have options at the start.

SEA FURY (7) put in a much better effort last start when running on late at this track into third behind dominant winner Reds Star Deal. He draws awkwardly inside the back row but does follow out a horse with gate speed that may look to hold a forward position.

DIEING ART (8) drew poorly last start at Albion Park and got a long way back in the run behind stablemate Gotta Hav Me. She should position up much closer this time from the back row draw and can be running into it late if the race is run to suit.

RACE 7

PENNIE PACKER (1) has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead this race from the inside with the aid of the 2040 start point. She was able to show early speed two starts ago before being shuffled back and still hitting the line well late in fast time for the grade. 

LITTLELIONELJAMES (5) was able to score last start after doing all the work sitting outside the leader. He steps up to the 2040 this time which may prove a slight query if he is forced to do the work again in what is a slightly stronger race. 

TIGER TOMMY (3) scored a good win over the 1780 four starts ago in fast time for the grade. She put in another good effort last start when hitting the line nicely late. If the race is run to suit she should be running into the finish late. 

THE TIGER ARMY (8) was able to work into second last start behind Reds Star Deal. Should secure a similar type of run in this race from a good draw.
