Central and North Queensland trials schedule
Racing Queensland confirms that following the recent change to Rule LR33, additional trials have been programmed in Central and North Queensland at the conclusion of race meetings to provide opportunities for unraced horses to secure barrier certificates.
They are included in the below table which comprises the full trials schedule for the two regions until end-December:

The open trials will be restricted to horses requiring a clearance to race.
In cases where barrier certificates are being sought and there is insufficient horse numbers nominated to meet QRIC's minimum field size stipulation of four horses to constitute an official trial, other horses will be added to the heats when possible and can trial free of charge.
