9 November 2025

RACE 1

PIPPAS LITTLE GEM (2) should have the speed to drive through and lead this race. She brings solid form into the race having run some solid placings in NSW. Her effort three starts ago when beaten at Eugowra would likely see her hard to beat in a race of this nature.

OUR ULTIMATE BEATY (4) has seemingly had a few opportunities to break maiden status having placed 6 of her 12 career starts looking the winner a number of times. She is having her first start for a new stable in this race and draws awkwardly.

MULLUM JUDITH (5) has been placed in her last two outings both at Redcliffe. She has decent gate speed and might be able to find a prominent position in this race. She should be thereabouts again.

WILDSTAR DIVA (1) put in a solid run on debut behind Louminate who was simply too good for her rivals winning by a big margin. She is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from that first start and draws ideally in this race to get a soft run throughout.

SELECTIONS: PIPPAS LITTLE GEM (2), OUR ULTIMATE BEATY (4), MULLUM JUDITH (5), WILDSTAR DIVA (1)

SUGGESTED BET: PIPPAS LITTLE GEM (2) to win.

RACE 2

CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (8) looks the hardest to beat in this race on class but has one of the worst draws to go alongside that. He drew poorly last start and was well beaten by Montana One and will need to bounce back to figure this time.

UNIT FORTY ONE (9) put in a solid run when first up from a spell two starts ago running second to Batman Bart. He draws awkwardly off the back row in this race but finds what might be a slightly weaker field.

ROCCO VARIETY (6) draws awkwardly inside the back row following out what is likely to be one of the less fancied runners in Mustang Dude. He is usually well suited when driven in a sit sprint capacity and can be running on late if the gaps appear at the right time.

SPORTY AZZ (5) draws wide in this race which appears likely to see him shuffled a long way back or forced to do work early. He has been freshened following his latest run when well beaten and can bounce back.

SELECTIONS: CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (8), UNIT FORTY ONE (9), ROCCO VARIETY (6), SPORTY AZZ (5)

SUGGESTED BET: CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (8) to win.

RACE 3

BRONX (4) has good early speed and might be able to force his way to the lead in this race which would likely see him hard to beat. He wasn’t beaten far last start behind Jacks Fyre in fast time for the grade.

THREEFIVEONE (5) scored an impressive win last start when returning from a spell putting a big margin on her rivals. Lands in a much tougher race here and looks set to be forced to do the work which is likely to make things tougher. She has to be respected off that impressive win and a similar effort would see her in the finish again.

SKYLAR BREE (1) has good early speed and should be able to drive through and lead before having options from there. She has run well previously when able to secure a good run up on speed at Marburg.

ROSIES BOY (8) was able to run a good third last start behind Pinkchampagne and Highnmighty at Redcliffe and appears to be working into some form. Given his back row draw in this race he will likely be hoping for a solid early tempo and can be running into it late again.

SELECTIONS: BRONX (4), THREEFIVEONE (5), SKYLAR BREE (1), ROSIES BOY (8)

SUGGESTED BET: BRONX (4) to win.

RACE 4

MERRY JEWEL (2) has good early speed which she showed last start before sitting on Zac Daniels and running a solid placing. She may elect to hold the lead this time at Marburg around the leader friendly circuit and should prove hard to run down on some of her best efforts.

NAUTIE GALVINATOR (5) has bounced back to form in recent outings. He ran a good second two starts ago when running on strongly behind Windy Hill Wally. This race looks a touch easier but he does draw outside the front row which will likely see him shuffled a long way back early.

VINCENT TIME (6) draws awkwardly inside the back row in this race. He has been racing well and seems to enjoy racing at this track but will need plenty of luck from the draw. Should be hard to beat if the luck comes and the race has been run to suit.

ONE LAST ROLL (3) has been in good form and was able to lead all the way recently at this track. He draws awkwardly in this race and may be forced to do the work.

SELECTIONS: MERRY JEWEL (2), NAUTIE GALVINATOR (5), VINCENT TIME (6), ONE LAST ROLL (3)

SUGGESTED BET:

RACE 5

WILLROBY (3) was unsuited when left without cover battling on well for third. He has seemingly improved each run through his trial and two race starts back this campaign. If he can work forward and find a prominent position he should be hard to beat.

ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (5) generally seems to be best suited when driven for his sit sprint capacity which is likely to see him getting a long way back. He took on a much stronger race last start which was taken out by Sports Bounty and should find this a lot easier.

WRITE ABOUT ANGUS (9) ran well last start when running into second strongly in behind Could It Be Me. He may look to work into the race at some stage and has run well in recent starts doing the work outside the leader.

TARIFA GIRL (7) wasn’t ideally suited last start when getting back in the race at Redcliffe and looking to run on late. It appears likely to set up similar in this race which could make it tough to get into the race.

SELECTIONS: WILLROBY (3), ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (5), WRITE ABOUT ANGUS (9), TARIFA GIRL (7)

SUGGESTED BET: WILLROBY (3) to win.

RACE 6

MISTER HART (1) has good gate speed and might able to lead this race a position he has often proved successful from in the past. He was well beaten last start but may be better back to the short journey and better racing on the pegs. Can find form again in this race.

SPECIALANDIKNOWIT (6) should get a good run through on the back of a horse that’s likely to want to hold a forward position in this race. Didn’t have much luck last start when shuffled back early before running on well into third. Should get every chance to run into the money again.

ERASMUS (2) has very good gate speed and will likely be looking to hold a forward position in this race. He found the front two starts ago and was just run down late by Mister Delwin who came from off the speed.

BURNS BAY (4) has poor numerical form but is likely to find this race easier than some of his recent outings. He wasn’t suited last start when running last after sitting without cover. He may be able to bounce back with a more economical run.

SELECTIONS: MISTER HART (1), SPECIALANDIKNOWIT (6), ERASMUS (2), BURNS BAY (4)

SUGGESTED BET: MISTER HART (1) to win.

RACE 7

THE TIGER ARMY (3) was able to break through for another win two starts ago when doing a lot of work and proving too good there at Redcliffe. If he is able to step cleanly and work to the lead using his handicap advantage in this race he is likely to prove hard to run down.

MADRIGAL (6) looks the class runner in the field having run a good third last start behind Lulu Mae at Albion Park. She has run a number of good races from the stand start at this track and trip including a second five starts ago when coming off this same handicap behind One Last Roll.

AZOR AHAI (5) has seemingly run some of his best races from the stand start including an impressive Garrards Showcase heat win when rating 1.58 at Redcliffe after starting off a 20 metre handicap. If he can begin well and find a prominent position he can be running on strongly late.

MAJOR SLIP UP (1) has been racing much better in recent starts and draws well in this race to start inside the front row. If he can begin quickly and hold a forward position in this race he is likely to be hard to beat.

SELECTIONS: THE TIGER ARMY (3), MADRIGAL (6), AZOR AHAI (5), MAJOR SLIP UP (1)

SUGGESTED BET: THE TIGER ARMY (3) to win.

RACE 8

SHAKATIE (1) should be able to drive through and lead in the early stages. Last time she was able to lead she took them all the way at Albion Park beating Copy Writer. Given the favourable draw and leader friendly track at Marburg she looks likely to be hard to beat.

OUR DOLLY (6) should get a good run through on the back of Shakatie. She hasn’t had a lot of luck in recent outings. She was able to run a good third last start in fast time behind Diego Delgado last start and may secure a similar run int his race.

GALVARINO (2) was forced to work hard last start in a race the winner rated fast time. He had run well his start prior when finishing third from a wide gate behind Get Me Outta Here and can bounce back in this race.

MY ULTIMATE RUDI (7) will have options in the early stages of this race whether he goes to the pegs or looks to stay in the running line. Either way he should get every chance and has been racing well.

SELECTIONS: SHAKATIE (1), OUR DOLLY (6), GALVARINO (2), MY ULTIMATE RUDI (7)

SUGGESTED BET: OUR DOLLY (6) each way.
