Form Analysis: Redcliffe November 16

RACE 1 

PENNIE PACKER (3) has good early speed and might be able to work across to the lead in this race given a good draw. She wasn’t beaten far after racing off the pegs last start behind Mardibringsaparty at Albion Park and should find this easier.

DOCTA FEELGOOD (10) led two starts ago and was run down by Rock Supreme who was able to secure the perfect run on his back. He would need to improve off that effort to be figuring from a poor draw in this race but did put in a better effort last start in a race taken out by Back To Betoota at Albion Park.

SO MANY MOMENTS (2) is first up from a spell in this race which appears a query. She was running well last time in and seemed to go best over the middle distance at this track. She has very little gate speed which could be a query early.

ROLLING BONUS (1) isn’t racing well and will need to find some of his better form to figure in this race. He secured a good run last start on the leaders back and ran poorly when fading out of it late into sixth. This does look a touch easier and his best is good enough to figure from a good draw.

RACE 2 

ALLMIGHTY MAX (2) has good early speed and may be able to press onto the lead or could obtain a good run 1-1 potentially on the back of Bettors Moon if Miss Froufrou elected to hold the lead. He led last start at Albion Park and set a strong tempo running third and beating what is likely to be one his main rivals in this race Bettors Moon. 

BETTORS MOON (3) has been left to do the work her last few starts recording a good win at Redcliffe before battling away well at Albion Park. She appears likely to be left to do the work again in this race and should run well again. 

PUMPKIN PAT (7) should get a good run through on the back of a gate speed horse in Miss Froufrou. She will need luck at the right time potentially being shuffled back on the pegs and can be running into it late. 

MACH ASSASSIN (8) is having his first start for a new stable in this race. He had been racing well scoring a good recent win when doing all the work and proving too good which isn’t something he has previously been known for.

RACE 3

ROCK IT BABY (8) has been racing well and draws favourably in this race to follow out a gate speed horse in Lovin Miss Dixie. He ran on strongly two starts ago to not be beaten far by Much Bettor after racing wide on the track at a crucial stage. He would appreciate a genuine early tempo and can be running into it late. 

BAIL DENIED (7) drops right back in grade in this race. He sat leaders back last start in a stronger race taken out by Moonshiner. He draws awkwardly inside the back row and will need luck at some stage to get into the clear. 

LOVIN MISS DIXIE (2) has excellent gate speed and should be able to zip across before having options from there. She likely was less suited last start off the back row in a race taken out by the in-form Absolutely Stoked.

SHEREACTS (3) returns from a freshen up in this race having not started since early October. She has good early speed and does her best racing up on speed. Can be thereabouts with the right run.

RACE 4 

WHYKIKAMOOCOW (4) led and ran well last start rating good time at Albion Park when beaten by Our Dickie Bart who was able to obtain a good run in this race. If he was able to find the lead again in this race he would be hard to beat. 

ROYAL WINKLE (2) has good early speed and might be able to work to the lead before having options. He hasn’t been racing at his best in recent starts but from a favourable draw with a favourite run he can go better in this race. 

GET ME OUTTA HERE (9) has run well in recent outings and appears to be going somewhere near his absolute best. He was able to score an all the way win at Albion Park when rating good time for the grade and putting a margin up on his rivals. He looks less suited off the back row but should run well with the right run into the race. 

JUST PINNY (10) has run well so far in his seven career starts and despite dropping back from restricted win company he looks well placed in this race. He should be quite versatile in this grade and can be put into the race at the right time.

RACE 5

MAN OF ACTION (2) has good early speed and should be able to find the pegs in the early stages. He ran fairly last start at this track when securing a good run. He is down in grade on some of his better efforts. 

AUNTY FRANCES (9) should get a good run in this race off the speed. She will be hoping for a genuine early tempo. She ran on well last start at this track when finishing second behind Rissoles. Should be right in the finish again with a similar effort. 

ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (5) ran on well into third two starts ago at this track behind Black Gemstone. He hasn’t been at his absolute best but with a genuine early tempo he can get back and be running into it late. 

VANITY BAY (7) looks to have drawn awkwardly in this race inside the back row. He seems to be getting too keen in his races which is proving his undoing. If he can bring better manners he can runner better race.

SUGGESTED BET: MAN OF ACTION (2) to win.

RACE 6 

SIX TIMES A LADY (5) drops back in grade into this race having taken on a strong race which was won by Weregoingtogetcha. She may be able to press forward and find a prominent position in this race where she has done some of her best racing in the past. The distance may be a slight query but if she is able to secure the right run she should be hard to beat.

WILLIEWA LIGHTNING (2) should have the speed to find the pegs before having options. Over the longer journey having not been at his absolute best in recent outings he may elect to take a trail and come with one run late. 

MULLUM DOC (9) appears well graded in this race having run well in stronger company. He is likely to be sat up and saved for one run and will be hoping for a genuine early tempo in this race. 

THREE MACHS (10) was a winner three starts ago and has been racing well in recent runs. She generally goes best when sat up and saved for one run at them.

SUGGESTED BET: SIX TIMES A LADY (5) to win.

RACE 7

CONVAIR HUSTLER (7) should get a good run through on the back of a gate speed horse. Should find this easier than a few of his recent outings including his last start when finishing down the track behind Our Dickie Bart. If the gaps appear at the right time he should be in the finish.

TAKE COURAGE (1) has good early speed and should be able to hold a forward position in this race. She hasn’t been at her best but has run some of her better races out in front which is a position she may be able to hold in this race.

FANCY LIKE BARBIE (9) doesn’t win often but is rarely far away in her races. She comes into this race first up without a trial which looks a query. Will be hoping for a genuine early tempo and she can be running on late. 

SKYLAR BREE (8) ran a solid race last start behind dominant winner Bronx. This looks easier and she should get a good run whether she stays in the running line or elects to drop down to the pegs.

RACE 8

DOC HARVEY (2) has good early speed and should be able to find the front in this race and generally runs well in that position. He was an improved effort last start at Marburg after starting from a poor draw. 

SAMMYS SECRET (8) ran on well into second last start after securing a good run in the race. He looks suited by a draw where he should be able to follow through one of the gate speed horses in the race and won’t be far away in the run.

ROCCO VARIETY (4) is a capable sit sprinter and should get a good run off the speed. Secured a good run last start on the leaders back and finished off fairly in what was a similar type of race.

MY ULTIMATE LOUIE (3) has early speed and may look to press forward in this race. He will likely find this a touch easier than his latest outing and can be thereabouts with the right run.

RACE 9

MIGHTY IDEAL (5) ran well last start in what appeared to be a strong maiden which was taken out by Son Of Exena at Albion Park. They dashed home a quick last half in that race and given he was first up he is likely to have derived plenty of benefit from the effort. 

DIAMANTINA DIASY (8) put in a good run on return last start at Marburg when closing well to run second. She is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from that outing given she was first up there. She showed ability last time in and may be able to run on again with the right trip.

MULLUM JUDITH (7) has been racing in good form and looks like closing in on a maiden victory. Appears to draw quite awkwardly in this race inside the back row where she will need luck at the right time to get into the clear. 

IM A RED HOT FOX (3) was scratched recently from a race at Redcliffe. She appeared to be quite green at trials and is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from those outings.
