Form Analysis: Redcliffe November 26

RACE 1 

XPRESS PARTY (3) was left off the pegs last start and closed off strongly into third when not beaten far by Supa American. He is likely to have derived benefit from that outing and should be able to find a prominent position from a low front row draw. 

WESTERN ARTERRA (7) has been racing in excellent form having scored four consecutive wins prior to a last start second when beaten by Platinum Jewel. He should be able to secure a good run on the back of Docta Feelgood who is likely to attempt to hold a forward position.

OBI ONE (8) has been placed his last two starts. He made up good ground last start when getting back and running on behind Western Arterra. He looks suited by the trailing draw and can be running on again.

BETTERTHAN POPSY (5) was a winner two starts ago over the 1780 when running on best to score. He was then caught without cover last start and tired out of it late but was entitled to given the tough run.

RACE 2 

MAYWYNS KAREN (3) was forced to face the breeze last start when battling away well for third behind Proapectus. She scored a strong win her start prior at this track when unsuited by a moderate early tempo. She should be hard to beat again.

MACS A DUDE (8) ran on strongly into second behind Prospectus at Albion Park when coming from off the speed. He has a good trailing draw in this race and should be hard to beat again.

GENTLE GIANT (7) should get a good run through on the back of Erasmus who is likely to want to hold a forward position in this race. He did work last time out and was good when battling away for fourth. He should be hard to hold out.

ERASMUS (1) has very good early speed and should be able to hold a forward position in this race from the ideal draw. He was able to score another win last start when zipping across and taking them all the way at this track and trip.

RACE 3

OUR ULTIMATE LUKA (10) did plenty of work in a recent race over the 2138 at Albion Park and was still able to run a good second to Moonshiner who rated fast time. She may be forced to work at some stage in this race from a back row draw but luck capable off her recent efforts. 

SHEROCKSMYWORLD (8) was running on strongly late last start when finishing second to Erasmus. She has been getting back and running on well in her races and appears likely to get a favourable run again in this race.

AMILLIONCHANCES (9) was forced to do plenty of work last start and just faded out of it late. He was a dominant winner three starts ago after getting back and finishing over the top late and a similar effort should see him competitive in this race. 

EMMALEEN (1) is usually best served when sat up and saved for one run at them late which she looks likely to get the chance to do. She was a good winner three starts ago finishing off best and a similar effort should see her hard to hold out.

RACE 4 

ALWAYS LOCKSLEY (5) was a winner two starts ago when finding the front at this track and trip and leading all the way. He then took on what appeared a stronger race which was taken out by Captain Nemo at Albion Park. He may be forced to do the work in this race but is capable.

UNCLE CRAIGO (2) may look to press forward in the early stages and hold a prominent position. He is a good front runner and is generally hard to beat when able to hold that position in races of this nature. He was forced to do the work last start and battled on fairly.

JACKS FYRE (1) has good early speed and can likely dictate the map in the early stages. He won in good time three starts ago when leading albeit in a restricted wins race. He led last start and was well beaten but was entitled to be given the frantic tempo set through the race.

SCRUFFY (9) was left without cover last start and battled on strongly for second. He should get a good run in this race and will be hard to hold out if the race is run to suit.

RACE 5

ROCK SUPREME (8) proved too good three starts ago when securing a good run behind Docta Feelgood. He took on a slightly stronger race last time out which was taken out by Braventreacherous. He should get a good run through and be thereabouts. 

WINDY HILL WALLY (3) was a dominant winner five starts ago when leading all the way. He looks likely to be able to hold a forward position in this race and from there he should run a competitive race. 

KRAFTY CANDY (1) returned to form two starts ago at Marburg when securing a good run and being able to run down Merry Jewel. She backed that up with another good run last start when getting back before finishing off well into third.

ALLMIGHTY MAX (5) ran well enough to finish third last start after leading and being run down by Miss Froufrou who has since run well and the in-form Bettors Moon. He draws wide this time but should still be running on late if the race is run to suit.

SUGGESTED BET: 

RACE 6 

TRACER BULLET (1) was crossed early last start and found things tough from there when fading out of it late. He ran a competitive race two starts ago when leading and running third behind Sanders. If he is able to hold a forward position in this race he should be hard to beat.

MALIBU DREAM (2) has been racing in great form despite not having won since late 2023. She draws favourably in this race and should be far away in the run. She was forced to do plenty of work last start which isn’t usually how she is best suited and was still able to run a good third.

LA SABINA (5) looks likely to get back from a wide draw and should be running on late. She would be suited by what looks likely to be a genuine early tempo. She finished third behind Absolutely Stoked recently who has been in career best form.

EBONY BELLE (9) started outside back row last start and ran well when getting into second behind Feelin Flirty. She should get a similar type of run in this race and should be running into it again.

RACE 7

FOURTY ONE GEE (8) ran well when first up for a new stable last start and rating good time at Albion Park. He finds what appears to be a suitable race and draws to do no work early. He should be hard to hold out again.

DIAMANTINA DAISY (6) secured a good run off the speed last start and ran over the top late to score. She gets no favours this time from a wide draw and may get a long way back in the early stages or be forced to do plenty of work.

GOOD LOOKING JUJON (1) draws favourably in this race having run well to break maiden status last time out. She led two starts ago and battled on nicely for second behind Blue Dragon who has since won again impressively. She should lead and be hard to run down. 

ALSROKSTAR (4) is a horse that has shown promise so far in his career and was able to break his maiden prior for heading for a spell. He has trialled up moderately and would be competitive on his best form.

RACE 8

LACEYS LASS (8) has had ten unplaced runs to begin her career but is beginning to race well and has put in a number of competitive runs in stronger fields. She closed off well two starts ago behind Queen Tide before running on again last start from a worse draw. She steps back to Redcliffe and should run a competitive race. 

I AM CAESAR (2) has very good gate speed and should be able to zip across and lead. He worked hard to lead last start and was one of the first beaten when running fifth. This looks a more moderate race and he should run a more competitive race this time.

MY ULTIMATE LEO (9) sat without cover last start and ran well finishing second behind long time maiden Gleneagle Hunter. He draws awkwardly this race outside the back row and will need the right run into the race to figure.

SERGENTMAJOR JUJON (6) trialled just fairly when well qualifying at Albion Park. He has had the ODM placed on him at request of the trainer which suggests he may not be the most straight forward horse just yet. He is likely to have derived benefit from the recent trial.
