RACE 1

DEE TERROR (1) should have the gate speed to hold the lead early. He has raced without luck in recent outings and as a result has poor numerical form. He is a long way back in grade off some of his better form and should be very hard to beat.

BETTOR CHEER (7) should get a good run through on the back of Dee Terror who is likely to be keen to hold a forward position in this race. He ran a very good race last time out burning to lead early before being shuffled back and running on late for second.

COOL DUDE JOEY (6) trialled up well finishing second to Luka Doncic in a recent Albion Park trial. He was a good winner five starts ago at Albion Park and looks to find a race of similar strength here.

TAKE A CHANCE (9) drops back in grade into this race having taken on stronger company recently. He secured a good run last time out and was well beaten at Albion Park. Can look to bounce back in this race.

SELECTIONS: DEE TERROR (1), BETTOR CHEER (7), COOL DUDE JOEY (6), TAKE A CHANCE (9)

SUGGESTED BET: DEE TERROR (1) to win.

RACE 2

GHOST TRAIN (3) should have the speed to find a forward position in this race. He secured a good run last start at Marburg before being badly held up in behind Convair Hustler when appearing to have plenty left to give. He should run well.

DASHNDOT (4) drew poorly inside the back row last start when not having the best of luck. She was having her first start back in the stable of Dan Russell there and is likely to have derived benefit from the outing.

SIGNOR JUJON (1) ran a good race two starts ago when finishing third behind Outer Change at Redcliffe. He should secure a good run in this race from the perfect draw.

SAMMYS SECRET (7) has impressed in recent outings having run two third placings since returning from a spell. He should get a good run through behind a horse that does possess some early speed.

SELECTIONS: GHOST TRAIN (3), DASHNDOT (4), SIGNOR JUJON (1), SAMMYS SECRET (7)

SUGGESTED BET: DASHNDOT (4) to win.

RACE 3

DOCTA FEELGOOD (2) is a horse that generally leaves the gate quite well and tends to run his best races out in front at this track and trip. Ran third in a recent trial behind Showmethetanlines at this track which looks good form for a race of this nature.

COSMIC FLYER (6) ran on strongly into third last time out at Albion Park in a race taken out by Quik Change. He appears to be closing in on another win and with luck from the widest draw he should be quite hard to hold out.

ALLMIGHTY MAX (8) raced without cover last time out and poured on the pressure before getting tired late and finishing third. With a more economical run in this race from a soft trailing draw he should be running on late.

MY ULTIMATE COBBER (1) was shuffled back early last time out in a race taken out by Bubba Nay in fast enough time for this grade over the 2138 at Albion Park. He is likely better suited over the 1780 at Redcliffe and draws well.

SELECTIONS: DOCTA FEELGOOD (2), COSMIC FLYER (6), ALLMIGHTY MAX (8), MY ULTIMATE COBBER (1)

SUGGESTED BET: DOCTA FEELGOOD (2) to win.

RACE 4

TACKAS LAST DANCE (5) comes into this race third up from a spell and should be nearing peak fitness. She put in good run last time out when getting back in the run before hitting the line nicely once eventually clear. In this class of race she is never far away.

MAGIC NITRO (2) has some gate speed and may be able to press forward and find the lead in this race. She was a touch disappointing last time out when getting a good run into the race and failing to finish it off into the placings behind Betting Baron. She can look to bounce back.

SPORTY AZZ (7) had a luckless outing at Marburg last time out when shuffled right back to near last before flying home late into fourth. He will likely need luck from the inside back row draw but is racing well enough to figure.

VERMONT (8) was a winner four starts ago when running on best to score at this track. She draws to get a good run through on the back of a horse with gate speed in this race. She should be hard to hold out late.

SELECTIONS: TACKAS LAST DANCE (5), MAGIC NITRO (2), SPORTY AZZ (7), VERMONT (8)

SUGGESTED BET: TACKAS LAST DANCE (5) to win.

RACE 5

PROSPECTUS (6) was forced to race without cover last time out when battling on well for fourth in a stronger race. She has good gate speed and may elect to press forward in the early stages of this race and find a prominent position.

THE CASUAL GOOSE (8) was forced to race without cover last time out in a race taken out by Mini Mine Yet at Redcliffe. She is versatile in this type of grade and can be driven to the speed of the race.

EBONY BELLE (9) led last start running along before fading out of it late and finishing fifth. Although through large parts of her career she has seemingly been best when racing up on speed she does strike a suitable class of race and could be running on late.

COPY WRITER (7) is racing without a huge amount of luck in recent outings. She hit the line strongly two starts ago when finishing second to Good Word That at Marburg. If she can produce a similar effort she should be thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: PROSPECTUS (6), THE CASUAL GOOSE (8), EBONY BELLE (9), COPY WRITER (7)

SUGGESTED BET: PROSPECTUS (6) to win.

RACE 6

YOGI (5) has very good gate speed and should be able to press forward and find a prominent position in this race. He drew outside the back row last start and did work through the run when finishing third. If he can zip across early and lead he would take plenty of running down.

CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (6) secured a good run leaders back last start before hitting the line well late up the sprint lane. He draws widest this time and may need to do work at some stage to get into the race.

TAKE COURAGE (9) got back in the run last start and hit the line reasonably late into sixth. If the race is run upside down she could be running over the top late.

BETA THAN LOVE (4) was having her first run for the stable of Dan Russell last time out when doing plenty of work in the run and running a slightly better race. She could be a further improver in this race second up.

SELECTIONS: YOGI (5), CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (6), TAKE COURAGE (9), BETA THAN LOVE (4)

SUGGESTED BET: YOGI (5) to win.

RACE 7

TIGER SHIRL (5) got back in the run last time out and wasn’t quite able to run down stablemate Tweedy who was able to get the lead in the early stages of the race. She draws wide this time and appears likely to be forced to work at some stage of the race.

LOUISE LUCK (7) was sent out a short priced favourite last time out at Marburg and just found one better there in Its a Sponge Darl. She draws awkwardly inside the back row but does possess good speed for this type of grade and can run well.

PISCINA (9) got back in the run last time out and couldn’t get into it late behind Designer Jewel. He draws the back row this time and if the race is run to suit he should be running on late.

VICTREE ATOM (8) was able to score an impressive win last time out at Marburg when running on best to score a dominant win. He draws to do no work in this race off the back row and can run well again.

SELECTIONS: TIGER SHIRL (5), LOUISE LUCK (7), PISCINA (9), VICTREE ATOM (8)

SUGGESTED BET: LOUISE LUCK (7) each way.

RACE 8

ROCKY OUTLOOK (2) has good gate speed and may be able to press forward and find the lead in this race. He led last time out and was just run down late by Tonjay who would likely be a short priced favourite in this race. He should be hard to run down.

SWEET CHARMER (4) was luckless last start when being dragged out of the race by the tiring leader before running on well late. She has seemingly improved her manners and is beginning to get around the smaller track better at Redcliffe.

GLENEAGLE FIRE (8) comes into this race first up from a spell having trialled fairly beaten 89 metres by Final Deadline at this track in his latest trial. He is likely to have derived benefit from his recent trials and looks likely to secure the right run.

HAPPY HOUR TIME (1) didn’t show anything in her first campaign having not finished any closer than fourth in four runs. She draws best in this race and may have derived benefit from a spell. Could improve.

SELECTIONS: ROCKY OUTLOOK (2), SWEET CHARMER (4), GLENEAGLE FIRE (8), HAPPY HOUR TIME (1)

SUGGESTED BET: ROCKY OUTLOOK (2) to win.
