Administrative Access

RQ understands that formal RTI applications can be timely and costly. RQ is therefore committed to providing the public with access to documents held by RQ in an efficient and effective manner.

We encourage you to use the administrative access process when seeking information or documents that:

• are non-sensitive in nature;
• do not contain personal information;
• are routinely publicly available;
• do not contain information relating to third parties;
• relates to general data held by RQ.

RQ will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as practicable, having regard to the nature and volume of the information sought. In the event that RQ determines that the information the subject of your request cannot be administratively released, you will be directed to lodge a formal RTI application.
