Financial forms

Greyhound Trainer and Owner Financial Details Form

Use this form to provide or update taxation, GST and bank account details if you are a greyhound trainer, owner, syndicate manager or breeder.

Return the signed form with a copy of your driver licence or another primary form of photographic identification to Racing Queensland. Email the completed documents to [email protected] or fax them to (07) 3269 6404.

Change of Prizemoney Details Form

Use this form to update the bank account and GST details associated with your prize money payments.

Prize money payments to a new bank account will begin no later than five business days after RQ receives the completed form and all required information, in accordance with the form’s terms and conditions.

Change of Greyhound Prizemoney Split Form

Use this form to change the percentage of prize money allocated between a greyhound’s owner or syndicate and trainer. RQ must receive the completed form before nomination for the change to apply. The owner or syndicate manager and trainer must sign the form. The owner must also provide photographic identification.

Race Meeting Injury Scheme

The purpose of the Race Meeting Injury Scheme (RMIS) is to support racing industry participants in treating and rehabilitating greyhounds that sustain injuries at greyhound race meetings or official stewards’ trials. The scheme provides reimbursement, up to a prescribed limit, for appropriate veterinary diagnosis and treatment of eligible injuries or conditions sustained during eligible events.
