RACE 1 

ROCK HAMMER (1) has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead which is a position he loves to race in. He sat without cover two starts ago applying pressure to the leader and was able to battle on well for a good third behind John Wayne. 

MY ULTIMATE CARTER (7) should get a good run through behind the likely leader in the race. He finished close up behind STORMTIDE (2) recently when getting a similar run to what he is likely to get in this race. 

BUDDY PERFECT (5) didn’t have a lot of luck last time out when drawing awkwardly inside the back row in a race there was some early trouble for a few of the runners in front of him. He should find this easier and can figure in the right run. 

STORMTIDE (2) has returned to form in recent outings and was particularly impressive last time out when running second to Sporty Zara after sitting without cover. He draws well in this race and should run well again.

RACE 2 

PENNIE PACKER (2) was able to secure a good run on the pegs last time out and was running on well into fourth behind Denis The Punter. She has gate speed and may be able to press to the lead in the early stages which would likely see her hard to run down. 

SHEZ A PUNTER (4) got back in the run and was running on late into second behind TERRAGONG SWINGER (6) who had the ideal run behind the leader in that race. She is likely to get back again and will just be relying on a touch more tempo this time to bring her into the race. 

MISS FROUFROU (3) was able to secure a good run on the pegs last time out in a race taken out by Mahindi. She is likely to have derived benefit from te outing and should find this race a lot more suitable. 

WEONA SIR VIVOR (1) showed gate speed before handing over last start and battled on well for fourth there. He is likely to secure a similar run this time and should have derived good benefit from his latest outing.

RACE 3

PLANET DOWNS (1) was able to lead last time out when working hard early and was just run down late by Mighty Ideal who had secured a soft run off the speed in the run. He looks likely to be able to lead again and appears to be close to another win. 

SNIP OF BEAUTY (3) worked hard to find the lead before working away from the inside and just being run down late. She should get a good run again in this race close to the speed and should run well again. 

MISTER DELWIN (8) did plenty of work last time out and was well beaten as a result at this track. He should be able to score a more economical run early and can be driven to the tempo of the race. 

FEELIN FORASTAR (7) should get a good run through behind the leader in this race. She took on a slightly stronger race last time out and was racing off the pegs there.

RACE 4 

MOONSHINE MILLY (6) was shuffled back early last time out and could only get into sixth late but wasn’t beaten far. He should get a good run off the speed again and if the race is run to suit he should be getting into it late. 

NOTIONS (5) got back in the run last time out and was running on nicely late into second behind Delightfully Sweet. She is likely to get back again from a wide draw and should be running on late. 

MY ULTIMATE FELIX (1) got a long way back last time out before running on late in a race taken out by Sporty Zara. He may be crossed early having done a few things wrong at the start but should still be thereabouts. 

SWEET LAD JUJON (2) ran a better race last time out when getting back and running on nicely late into sixth making up good ground. He has good gate speed and may be able to work to the lead in the early stages.

RACE 5

JUKEBOX JET (9) had no luck last time out when getting a long way back before having to sustain a long run into it out wide on the track. He looks very well suited in this field and can be driven assertively. 

CONNIES SPIRIT (5) has excellent early speed and showed that last time out before handing over to TACKAS LAST DANCE (7) and just couldn’t quite run her down late. She has good gate speed and should find a prominent position in this race. 

TACKAS LAST DANCE (7) was able to find the lead last time out and kicked strongly late to just hold them off. She is likely to need luck in this race from inside the back row but is generally hard to hold out late when she does secure the right run in this type of grade.

TRACER BULLET (6) was able to secure a good run last time out closing strongly to score there. He should get a good run off the speed and will just be relying on the race being run to suit.

RACE 6 

PLAYING FOR KEEPS (9) found the lead last time out before kicking clear and was just run down in the concluding stages by ROCKY OUTLOOK (6) who had the good run on her back. She is likely to be suited getting a soft run off the speed and should be running on well late. 

TAURUS BROMAC (4) took on a much stronger field last time out in a race taken out by Oyster Stride. He should secure a good run close to the speed and if the race is run to suit he should be running on well. 

ROCKY OUTLOOK (6) secured a good run last time out when nabbing the position behind the leader before running past to score. He is unlikely to secure such a good run from the wide draw this time but if the race is run to suit he should be running on well.

BLACK GEMSTONE (8) was crossed early last time out before coming off the pegs and appearing to have her chance finishing fourth. She should secure a good run again in this race and can be running on late.

RACE 7

MCROCKIN (2) should have the speed to drive through and lead in the early stages of this race. She sat leaders back last time out and wasn’t beaten far there by Twin Cities. 

AURELIE (6) made a break last time out before making up a lot of ground to finish close up in third. She is likely to have derived good benefit from the outing and with better manners looks a chance in this race. 

OUTRUNTHETIDE (4) was very impressive first up from a spell when running on strongly into second in an effort which appeared to suggest a maiden win was just around the corner. She couldn’t back that up second up but did take on a strong field. 

BOSTON BOUND (1) appeared to have her chance last time out when looming and finishing sixth. She may be an improver this time with a soft run on the pegs.

RACE 8

WHAT IS HIS NAME (9) ran a good race last time out when closing nicely late behind Go Minnie in a stronger race at Albion Park. He should appreciate the step back in company and looks hard to beat with the right run in the race. 

MATT DAN (8) is starting first up for the stable of Shawn Grimsey having trialled up quite well finishing second behind Big Reputation. He has the very slight draw advantage on his main rival in this race and can look to hold that early. 

AIRFORCE ONE (6) looked to struggle a touch in a recent trial prior to resuming before putting in a better run on return finishing fourth. He is likely to have derived benefit from those outings and can run well second up. 

CHEER ME ON (5) trialled up reasonably for a debutant in a very strong trial taken out by open class pacer Captain Shuffles. He draws awkwardly and may need a few things to go his way in the run.

RACE 9

AUNTY MEL (5) was able to work to the lead last time out before being run down late by Medellin who sat without cover in the run. She looks likely to be able to work to the lead again in this race and can give them something to catch out in front. 

WICKED BERRIES (7) took on a much stronger field last time out in a race taken out by Luvatinny. She should find this race a lot easier but she does draw quite awkwardly inside the back row. She looks hard to beat with luck in running. 

AZZIF (8) secured a good run last time out and was running on well late into third in a similar type of field. She draws to do no work early in this race and can be running on late again. 

SINKRATE (6) did plenty wrong last time out before getting back and running on late into fifth. He draws poorly in this race and may need a few things to go his way in the run.
