One of just two runners to eat into the margin of ALDEBARANSTILINSKI, she grabbed the silver in a 9m deficit. With both heat winners contesting the other of today’s heats, she can look to capitalise.

CALL ME TROUBLE (8) trotted safely last start when finishing midfield behind MAJESTIC BREEZE and beaten the handicap. Given an easy time early under mobile conditions the start prior, trotting safely from this gate can see him throw down a challenge.

SOUTHERN DIAMOND (7) was first up on this side of the Tasman when sent to the post as fav in the opening round heats. Exposed early before receiving cover, he could not go with them when the power went on and battled home to 4th. Second up he can be sharper in this heat.

FENOMENAL (4) was midfield behind ALDEBARANSTILINKSI in the opening round and did not warm up over the latter stages. With the chance to potentially press forward early, he has claims.
