RACE 2 

PICCOLO DIAVOLO (6) was able to sit without cover last time out and ran well finishing a close up second to Blackjack who has made a promising start to his QLD racing career. He draws poorly in this race but is versatile in this type of grade and should run well again. 

NUMBER ONE RANGER (5) draws a touch awkwardly in this race outside the front row and will need a few things to go his way in the run. He took on a strong race last time out which was taken out by Rock Nien and should find this a bit easier. 

SLAY QUEEN (3) starts in this race first up from a spell and draws reasonably. She did run good time as a 2YO in WA when getting back and running over the top over the 1730 at Gloucester Park. 

CALL KELLY (4) secured a good run last time out 1 out 1 back and just couldn’t quite finish it off there when running fourth. She has good ability and should run well if she can find some of her better form.
