RACE ONE

SIR BOSTON (5) was first up from a spell on this deck back in early December when sent to the front from gate 2 and once in control was never in danger in taking them all the way. Tackling a tougher 2YO contest last start, he can press forward here to defy the tough gate.

BLUE TITLE (3) is on the backup from Thursday at The Triangle where he was resuming from a spell and having his first appearance for Ricky Gordon. A Tamworth winner two starts back to break the maiden status, he has good early hustle, and this race looks withing his reach if returning in order.

BETTOR GETTA LOVER (6) had placed in three of his previous four heading into his last start at Redcliffe on Thursday. Chasing home from the inside two back for 3rd, he can be probing for gaps.

HURRIKANE KING (1) was a first up 3rd here three starts back when starting from inside the second line. Down the line in much tougher AP battles in both runs since, he can be looking to chime in.

SELECTIONS: SIR BOSTON (5), BLUE TITLE (3), BETTOR GETTA LOVER (6), HURRIKANE KING (1)
SUGGESTED BET: SIR BOSTON (5) to win

RACE TWO

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (6) will be requiring an element of luck to fall in his favour from this alley, but following a good beginner, if he can get off the inside with momentum, he can loom large. Closing out from back against the poles three starts back, he just needs the seas to part, in a race dominated by Ricky Gordon runners.

RISKY BUZINESS (4) will be on the two day back-up after competing at HQ on Friday to make it three runs in five days. Sticking on two starts back over the AP mile, he is a five-time winner on this deck and settling up near the action can be close enough to challenge.

HANDSOME HARRY (5) was snookered from inside the second line over the AP mile three starts back when grabbing the bronze. The wide gate does him no favours in this battle.

MANOFLISA (1) has struggled to make an impression in recent starts but lands the right gate to return a sharper effort.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (6), RISKY BUZINESS (4), HANDSOME HARRY (5), MANOFLISA (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

FOR NO REASON (7)
started from inside the second line last start and was soon shuffled back and out of commission. Facing a similar conundrum two starts back, she can look to follow through in the early stages from this gate and finds the right conditions to turn her fortunes around.

ESSENTIAL THREE (2) is yet to hit the board from 13 appearances on this deck and last season was in the money just once from 27 outings. That is lean figures to be recommending him here but with the speed to get across early, he can find the position to launch what could be an unlikely challenge.

MANY DELIGHTS (3) was a winner at Redcliffe five starts back when sent to sit parked from gate 3 over the 2040 where he grafted out a gritty victory.  He is fresh from a spell here but can feature.

BELLA GODIVA (5) is another on the Thursday/Sunday backup pattern and is not aided by the outside paint in this battle. Not suited two back over the AP mile, she can grab some minor money.

SELECTIONS: FOR NO REASON (7), ESSENTIAL THREE (2), MANY DELIGHTS (3), BELLA GODIVA (5)
SUGGESTED BET: FOR NO REASON (7) to win

RACE FOUR

CLARENDEN DAZZLER (3)
has faced the starter on three occasions since returning from a spell and all three have been here on the Little M. Beaten a neck two starts back when looking to take them all the way, he was not suited off the second line last start. From the gate he can capitalise.

MY ULTIMATE CLIPPA (7) was a Redcliffe winner four starts back when pressing forward to take control from gate 4 and from the front was able to see it out. Grabbing the bronze behind BONZA GUY two starts back, he can press through to issue the closing challenge.

ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (6) will need some factors in his favour from this alley as he looks set to be snookered in the run. Runner-up four back, he is on the Thursday back-up an can be probing.

FILLY THIRTEEN (5) has no favours from the wide gate here as she steps out for just the second time on this deck. Runner-up two starts back up the passing lane over the AP mile, she can be joining in.

SELECTIONS: CLARENDEN DAZZLER (3), MY ULTIMATE CLIPPA (7), ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (6), FILLY THIRTEEN (5)
SUGGESTED BET: CLARENDEN DAZZLER (3) to win

RACE FIVE

LORD DENZEL (2)
is winless in his 17 previous attempts on this deck which have returned five minors. Hemmed away two starts back, he looked to get a strong chance to cash in at HQ on Friday afternoon and with the good alley to utilise his early pace, should be prominent once again.

ROCCO VARIETY (8) has posted some handy numbers at this track, hitting the board in 8 of his 10 appearances. The second line makes it tougher from his preferred pattern when up close to the speed but with the right cart into the contest, he can issue a challenge.

WEDDING NIGHT (1) was shuffled back from gate 1 over the flying mile at AP last start and then never a factor. Back to the small deck can see her closer to the action and probing for openings.

KEAYANG SPONGE BOB (6) is in danger of being locked away in this battle and will be relying on some luck to go his way. Runner-up two starts back, he can be searching.

SELECTIONS: LORD DENZEL (2), ROCCO VARIETY (8), WEDDING NIGHT (1), KEAYANG SPONGE BOB (6)
SUGGESTED BET: LORD DENZEL (2) to win

RACE SIX

DALLAS COWGIRL (1)
eased to the running line from gate 3 last start over the Redcliffe sprint trip and was hitting the line in smart fashion to grab the bronze. Runner-up two starts back when working hard in the run, she took them all the way here four back. She has the gate to dictate.

MISTER WOODPORT (6) will be tucked away stalking the speed here and if the gap arrives in time, can be out to issue a closing challenge. Runner-up at his past two starts, the latest when working home wide off the track over the AP 1660, he can be dressed and ready to dance.

HESLUVABLE (9) has hit the board at 50% of his outings on this deck, his last appearance here three starts back when taking them all the way. The gates dents the chances but he is a podium chance.

DARBY BRIGHTS (4) faded two starts back after a tough trip which had followed four successive returns in the money. Pressing forward she can work in the run to feature.

SELECTIONS: DALLAS COWGIRL (1), MISTER WOODPORT (6), HESLUVABLE (9), DARBY BRIGHTS (4)
SUGGESTED BET:  DALLAS COWGIRL (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

MAJOR SLIP UP (1)
was runner-up three starts back when forced to graft it out when parked and getting to within a half-neck of the winner. Overcoming gate 6 to score to back, this is far more suitable than his last start from gate 5 over the AP mile. He is the one to beat.

MAFFIOSO GIRL (6) has some slick numbers against her name on this deck with 5 wins in 11 attempts. Dow the line from tough gates in recent attempts, the cosy trip on offer here can see her tucked away and ready to strike if the gaps open.

SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (2) was locked away from the inside gate last start and was out to offer when grabbing 3rd, albeit 19m from the winner SURE THING CAPTAIN. From this gate he can feature.

NIGHT NINJA (7) has a superb record here on this deck as the second most winningest horse ever here at the Little M. With the right trail he can be ready to chime in.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR SLIP UP (1), MAFFIOSO GIRL (6), SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (2), NIGHT NINJA (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MAJOR SLIP UP (1) to win

RACE EIGHT

BE ROCK HARD (8) settled in the running line last start from outside the second line over the AP mile and never got warm as THREE RIVERS claimed the prize. Beaten by gate 7 the start prior, he is winless since arriving in Qld but lands the right trail here to overturn the last chance saloon vibes.

IDEAL TIGER (3) backs up from a Wednesday night Redcliffe victory where he darted along the passing lane to land the choccies. Hitting the line smartly the start prior when midfield behind BEJIGGITY, his performances have been sectionally super of late and he has a super record here.

MISTER REACTOR (6) will requiring a slice of luck to go his way from this alley as he looks in danger of being locked away. Fitter from his latest offering when returning from a spell, he will be looking for gaps.

JINGLES BROMAC (1) has some poor numbers next to his name, but he has been waiting to secure this type of set up where he draws tight on the small deck. Not far away at his past two, he looms as a smokey.

SELECTIONS:  BE ROCK HARD (8), IDEAL TIGER (3), MISTER REACTOR (6), JINGLES BROMAC (1),
SUGGESTED BET: BE ROCK HARD (8) to win
