Murphy, rider of RUBY RED HEART, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding, in that he allowed his mount to shift in under riding passing the 200m, causing FRIENDS to be checked and taken in on to the hind quarters of RIVER FLYER, which became unbalanced almost dislodging jockey C. Gallagher which in turn was further taken in and made further contact with ALL LOVE.
