Laid in slightly passing the 900m, tightening SATURN OPS in on to CASTLETON. After racing three wide without cover in the early and middle stages was allowed to stride forward to a position outside the lead passing the 700m. When questioned, trainer B. Hill stated that the gelding was first up from a spell and had been working well and also had trialled well recently.
