Jockey D. Smith, rider of SHONECK AFFAIR, was found guilty of a charge of careless riding in that he allowed his mount to shift in leaving the 1300m when not sufficiently clear of CHOREOGRAPH, which resulted in that gelding being tightened for room, and causing jockey J. Byrne to take hold of that gelding at that point of the event and having to take evasive action to avoid the heels of SHONECK AFFAIR.
