Jockey S Sheargold’s licence to ride in races was suspended for a period of 8 days to commence midnight 29 January 2022 and expire midnight 6 February 2022 (8 days). In assessing penalty, Stewards considered Jockey Sheargold’s good riding record in relation to the rule.
