Thangool Race Club meeting update

Racing Queensland confirms that the race meeting scheduled for Thangool Race Club on Monday, June 2 has been abandoned due to weather and state of the track.
The track is currently not suitable for racing and with further rain forecast there is no chance of the track drying sufficiently to race.
A new race meeting has been added to run at the Club on Tuesday, June 10. A fresh program has been produced with nominations closing Wednesday, June 4 at 11am.
- Open Handicap, 1300m, $15,000;
- Benchmark 65 Handicap, 1400m, $15,000;
- Class 3 Plate (Set Weights), 1075m, $15,000;
- Benchmark 55 Handicap, 800m, $15,000;
- Class 1 & Maiden Plate (Set Weights), 1600m, $15,000;
- 3YO Maiden Plate (Set Weights), 1075m, $17,000 + QTIS; and
- Maiden Plate (Set Weights), 800m, $17,000.
