Complaints form
If your complaint relates to licensing, stewarding, veterinary, animal welfare services or scientific testing elements, please contact QRIC directly on [email protected] or see www.qric.qld.gov.au.
Racing Queensland (RQ) manages the commercial elements of racing, which includes setting race days, prize money, scratching, handicaps, venue registration, insurance, jockey and driver welfare, and associated complaints.
All complaints received by RQ are treated confidentially.
Although we accept anonymous complaints we prefer that you give your details so that we can contact you if we require further information or clarification. It may not always be possible for us to act on anonymous information.
Public Interest Disclosure (PID)
RQ is committed to ensuring that suspected wrongdoing can be reported safely, confidentially, and in accordance with legislative requirements.
A PID may be made where a person has information about serious misconduct, maladministration, or other wrongdoing in the public interest. Disclosures can be made to an appropriate officer and will be assessed and managed in line with the requirements of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010.

Complaint about the CEO
RQ must investigate complaints that involve, or may involve, corrupt conduct by our Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with the requirements of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.
If there are grounds to suspect that the Chief Executive Officer is involved in corrupt conduct, a complaint (including any relevant information or matter) can be emailed to RQ’s Executive General Manager – Legal, Risk & Insurance at [email protected].
