Race 1:  GEORGE BOURNE & ASSOCIATES RATINGS BAND 0 – 50 HANDICAP – 1000 metres
 
COOL CHAOS and ZAHA DREAM were late scratchings due to no riders being available.
 
ANGRY DESERT – Jumped away awkwardly and travelled wide for the majority of the race with no cover.
 
HIDDEN CHIEF – Slow to begin and travelled wide with no cover.
 
THUNDER – Hung in for much of the race and proved difficult to ride out.
 
 
Race 2: MICHAEL HORMAN TRANSPORT BM 55 HANDICAP - 1200 metres 
 
 
NICCONI PASQUALE – Slow to begin and hung out rounding the home turn. Travelled wide for much of the race with no cover.
 
PETITE ELLE – Slow to begin and resented the efforts of the jockey shortly after the start when being restrained. Inconvenienced near the 1000m and carried wider on the track when an inside runner shifted ground.
 
ICE MELODY – Resented the kickback and finished tailed off.
 
 
 
 
Race 3: D&C PARKER HELICOPTERS/ARAMAC CUTPRICE QTIS MAIDEN PLATE - 1200 metres  
 
FRIGHTENING DELAGO – Hung out rounding the home turn.
 
GREY FALCON – Jumped away awkwardly, causing the gelding to be slow into stride and then couldn’t muster early speed.
 
LEO’S EXPRESS – Caught 4 wide in the early and middle stages of the race.
 
MISS MARLO – Travelled wide for much of the race with no cover.
 
 
Race 4: HANNAY & CO JEFF DOLGNER WEIGHT FOR AGE - 1200 metres  
 
MENACING – Travelled wide in the early stages when inside runners kicked up.
 
WICKED WOODY – Slow to begin.
 
KAKAKENNY – Slow to begin.
 
 
Race 5: BARCALDINE REGIONAL COUNCIL BM 60 HANDICAP - 1400 metres      
 
SONG ONE – Slow into stride.
 
MISHANI CENTURION – Shifted out over the concluding stages to gain clear running.
 
ERECTOR – When the start was effected, stood flat footed and lost considerable ground.
